we have been doing business with kathy and her husband at the Bellevue location mobility monkey you will never find more caring people! Not only have they been a great service for my mothers needs. They’ve also become great friends. I highly highly recommend them do not go anywhere else and now that they opened up a new store here in Ocala we’re excited to be able to continue working with them since we moved to Ocala a few months ago.

Carrie fixed my wheelchair brakes and made them safe again! She was intelligent, articulate, efficient and kind! I highly recommend this company for repairs and handicap products! They have a wide variety of wheelchairs and walkers available.

After my wife's brain surgeries and multiple strokes she needed a mobility scooter as she was left unable to walk. After just a few minutes they understood our situation and didn't try to upsell anything on us. They had a perfect scooter for her and right on the money budget wise.
We truly appreciate the people at certified medical systems for helping us out. The wife loves her new scooter and the extra Independence it gives her.

Stopped by to ask questions about a purchase I had already made with a private seller. Andrew and Charlie were wonderful! They were patient with me and offer solutions for me. I had a new Harmar Scooter Lift installed on my SUV by Certified Medical Systems in Summerfield, Florida. What a great crew there and they explained everything to me before and as they installed the equipment. Great selection and they service and repair all of my equipment.We had to wait for a while so the owner Andrew kept coming over and offered us water and even wanted order lunch for us because of the wait. They made the wait pleasure and we would highly recommend their service. What a great group of guys. Thank you. Perfect job.
