Have been a customer of Certified Diabetic & Medical Supplies since June 2018, and have made several purchases. Was fitted for custom heel lifts by owner Melinda.

In 2020 Melinda worked with me to fit just the right shoe for my particular foot trauma (ankle fusions). I purchased two pair of Xelero sneakers that are perfect for my feet. Also bought a pair of Dr. Comfort slippers, which are the best!

Have worn out the slippers and need a new pair. Will be calling to make an appointment. Highly recommend Certified Diabetic & Medical Supplies.

After getting a prescription and recommendation from my doctor to go here it was a waste of time. We called 4 times over a 3 day period. They don't answer their phones nor return phone calls when you leave a message. Highly unprofessional. If this is how they deal with patients imagine the quality of care is just as bad. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always wanted to stop and look as I am diabetic. I stepped inside and jokingly asked, “May I come in and look around”? The young woman behind the counter looked up begrudgingly and asked if I had insurance. I replied to the affirmative. Then she asked if I had a prescription. I replied that I did not and I asked, again, if I could just come in and look around. I explained that I was planning to make a personal purchase and had not intended to seek insurance reimbursement for my purchase. At my comment, the second woman behind the counter got involved in our conversation telling me that I should consult my podiatrist, get a script and return. I stated, again, that I just wanted to check their inventory. At that point I was so frustrated that I left the store. As I walked to my car, my confusion turned to anger and I returned to the store and tried to explain my frustration. Now a third young woman spoke from the back office telling me of the benefits of claiming my purchase with my insurance. I left the store utterly speechless. I was not greeted properly when I entered the store, the staff was more concerned about my insurance coverage than they were about a potential client and I never got a response to my initial question, “May I come in and look around?”.
