I started many years ago with Dr Wing, and was very happy with Dr Mann from my first appointment with her. The staff at Ceres Eye care are very cheerful and courteous. The facility is very clean and Dr Mann’s investment in new technology seems to be ongoing. The only reason for a 4 star is the prices for new eyewear when compared to other suppliers. Purchasing new glasses every year as I grow older is a challenge. I 100% recommend going to Ceres Eye care.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Mann's office. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and I was promptly escorted to the exam room. Dr. Mann was outstanding - warm, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every single person working here were super nice and helpful! This was the only place out of 10+ that were listed in the mediCal directory that actually took my insurance. The front desk staff are kind and understanding about scheduling and truly try to fit you in. The actual eye doctor made me feel comfortable and heard. The optician helped me pick out glasses right away, was personable and did not rush me. My appointment went by fast and there was very little wait time. 10/10. Will definitely return to this place in the future.

I've been a patron of this facility for years! For over 30 years, when Dr. Wing was still practicing. I will say it's different, not as welcoming. I tried to strike up conversation with the tech and I got nothing. Very "going through the motions" kind of attitude. Dr. Is always very attentive and welcoming, very pleasant and personable. I was then transitioned over to eyeglasses and the gal there was super energetic and very engaging! I even ended up ordering a pair which normally do not do.

very rude when i was on the phone with the lady she got mad and hung up on my face !! very unprofessional she shouldn’t be working in a place where she deals with customers especially if you have anger issues! all i asked her was “ hey my mom went on the first for the appointments she’s been wanting a appointment for the longest”and she responded with “ they’re working on it okay” and hung up! very staff ! unprofessional place wouldn’t go here !

Excellent customer service and due to no babysitter they were patient with my son and my daughter. Worked with my budget and have really nice glasses. No complain at all
