Its Busy. They do take walk ins but call before heading there, yes you will wait a while. Parking sucks in that shopping Center beware. Seems like they have multiple Drs and all have different schedules throughout the week. Dr.Kourosh is nice and listens to you. Girls in the front are helpful not sure if they are new or they been told to be nice but they were helpfull when i was there.

It’s never fails every time I came here for an appointment ON TIME or EARLY, I wasn’t seen until 1.5/2hrs later. Most of those times it wasn’t packed or busy. Then I’ve never been to a medical facility that charge you ($35) for your own medical records. Customer service could be better/nicer. The doctors are nicer than the front desk. I ended up transferring to a different OB because of all this as well as cleanliness starting with the waiting room. Also there was never any parking unless you parked all the way down the street. The one star is for the nice doctors.

I have been visiting this clinic for the past 6 months. Here are my cons: Parking is horrible, the clinic is very small and could definitely use some extra cleaning. Even though I set an appointment time, I do not get through till 1.5 to 2 hours time. It is true that we do not get to see the OB/GYN till around 34 weeks but on the other hand, the nurse I have been seeing on a regular is very sweet and thorough. She ensures to run all necessary blood tests and referrals. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well, the only thing is that the office is so small that patients waiting to be seen can hear their entire conversation amongst staff and with other patients over the phone or in person. Nothing much to be done about that. I have been receiving good care in their hands, despite the inconvenience with the clinic’s location and the fact that it should be kept cleaner.

Completely unprofessional. Went in to get doctor authorization for a fractured foot. Not only did she fail to provide any real care for it. It’s been three days and no form has been submitted on my behalf the way they said they would. I’ve been in pain waiting for the authorization just to find out they failed to do their job and submit the forms. Whole office needs to be shut down. Receptionists almost always have an attitude. Go to any other doctor honestly .

DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT MYSELF-DO NOT GO HERE! Went here to see an Obgyn and turns out I was only seeing a nurse practitioner for 12 weeks. You do not get to see an actual Obgyn until you are 34 weeks! It is ridiculous! The parking sucks. The receptionists all are immature and unprofessional. They sit there and gossip about patients. They make it so obvious too. Not to mention they will charge you in case you need anything signed or filled out by your so called “doctor”. The gossiper Alma is the one who fills out and signs everything instead of an actual doctor. She is a receptionist!!!! They also will not allow your partner to come inside ultrasounds with you, except for the last 5 minutes. They draw your blood and don’t even read you your results until you technically ask them for it. Worst experience ever! I transferred to another obgyn and they requested medical records since 3 weeks back. They have not even responded. Please don’t waste your time, you will regret walking in there.

I haven't even had my first appointment yet and already having a terrible experience. The phone number is frequently out of service (sketchy) and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone.

Be prepared to wait 3+ hours for a simple prenatal visit.
No sanitation whatsoever and I had been going here for over 2 years. Never once saw them wipe down areas. Forget COVID standards, that should be CLINIC STANDARDS to have your area wiped clean and disinfected after each patient.
They have 3 rooms. Only actively use 2 while the 3rd seems to be forgotten at times and during fridays, it gets turned into the ultrasound area for pregnant women.
My last prenatal appointment, the NP asked one of the nurses to take my blood. She was currently at the front area and she just calmly says okay, walks from the front area towards a little nook where they take your blood and weight, and then WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES ON gets the needle, bandage, and cotton ball ready to draw my blood…

They are so rude and unprofessional, they will be talking about patients in front of everyone waiting there. They’ll be gossiping in front of everyone there. I remember once they were speaking about a woman and she happened to be waiting and heard them comment about how they couldn’t pronounce her weird name and one by one tried to say her name how they thought it should be said. The lady got up and simply did you call? They all shut up for a while after that.
The worst thing about this clinic would be their wait times. I was normally scheduled for the mornings at 9 am when they open… yet I was barely getting my pressure and weight done at 9:30 am… for some reason the nurses that you see in the rooms take a 20 min break after each person being seen which only adds to our wait time. (I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE NURSES OR FNP OR DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY NEVER INTRODUCED THEMSELVES.)

Overall, horrendous clinic with inappropriate staff and a horrible egotistical doctor DANESHGAR

I really disappointed in this place.. As a father I called them they put me on hold. The receptionist rude.. It took close to 3 hours to see my daughter.. Doctors seem to care less about patients.. I personally going to change doctors office.. 👎💔
