My parents love PACE (they love the doctors, the staff, the facility), but if you call their phone to speak with the clinic no one ever picks up. If they improved that, it would be a perfect program! The clinic never picks up the phone, as their usual, which is not problem, unless you are having a serious emergency! We had 2 emergencies already and we can't speak to anyone on the phones. The receptionist transfers to the clinic phones, and no one answers EVER. In 1 year that my parents are in the program, this has always been the case. I have to always pray to get a call from them - otherwise, I can't speak to them on the phone. One time I called 11 times in one day, knowing no one would pick up, but when you have an emergency you keep trying. Please change the phone systems/process for picking up the clinic phones. PACE is amazing, it is unfortunate to not have the support when we call, especially during emergency and hospital situations that we are trying to notify PACE.

They are really great and all encompassing for health care and home care. As for the staff I interacted with, every person there, went above and beyond to deal with a very difficult client. They are a caring, professional, team of people that includes the doctor. I cannot say enough good things about PACE. It streamlines the whole process of caring for someone from transportation to meds to caregivers and more.

The medical care you receive there is beyond amazing! They are very good about going over all your meds, explaining in terms you can understand & get you appointments to whatever specialists very quickly. I’ve read a few of the other reviews & feel those negative reviews needed a little clarification. One said the pool table is a child’s table… yes it is. But in all fairness they probably don’t have enough room or the money for the expensive table! If anyone wants to donate… feel free to see if they have the room. They do have many activities such as corn hole, bingo, a huge tv & feed us lunch & have snacks. They also have a gym & physical therapists who are amazing. The staff is kind & caring. They will also help anyone with a shower if they need assistance. Next review I read that there’s not many English speaking people there. That’s true; but isn’t the world 🌎 full of different nationalities? We need to come together & try to communicate somehow anywhere we go in life. I’ve found the other people there will wave, smile or try to communicate in some way. I’m open to learning how to be able to understand what ever language they speak❤️

I've been attending Pace's day center for almost a year and enjoyed it for the most part. Lately its been harder as there are few English speaking participants on the days I go and I've just been informed I can't change my days due to transportation. I'm sure this will be explained to me soon but I'm bored stupid most of the time. I love the art and craft time and using the physical therapy room. The non English speaking people are so nice and sweet. I wish I spoke their language. I need people I can talk to. I need more social interaction, somewhere I fit in. Transportation can be a problem. I'm unsure if I'll keep going.

Horrible lack of ability to properly care for people in need of hands-on care. Every time they have COVID-19 they have to close their centre. Consequently their patients are FORCED to survive for a minimum of 10 days without the promised, not to mention proper and most needed service. They need to be investigated!

I really was not impressed. There was barely any staff there. The whole place was empty except for one patient. They have a huge day room but nobody was there. So no fun to go by yourself. And they're pool table is really just a little kids table top.
I have nothing to say about their health care because after going there I decided not to use them.

Surprisingly a pretty cool place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Today was my first day, and it was much better than I had anticipated. 👍
