I usually have Dr Dhami who I absolutely love but recently I went and I had Dr Starr Hilliard and I LOVE her! She's so sweet and she really pays attention to all your concerns and makes sure to answer every question. I definitely recommend her!

Was told they couldn't schedule me for an appointment even after waiting for over 3 weeks because the books were closed/full. Then I had a serious emergency in regards to my pregnancy & was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage in the emergency room department. So when I called to see if I could get in any sooner they told me the first available appointment would be for November 6 & this all happened beginning October so I was left heartbroken & very confused. Ended up being referred out to somewhere else for the time being & then after going back to the emergency a second time I called again & asked if they could see me any sooner because I was afraid I’d be too far along to establish primary care (over 3 month) & was told the appointment they scheduled me for was actually for an abortion. Mind you I never even uttered that word and when I called after going to the emergency I was very clear on what I was diagnosed with (threatened miscarriage) and was told I need to follow up with an OBGyN right away because I am now considered high risk. I was so upset & shocked that somehow the scheduler could have possible gotten me wanting an abortion from that & secondly I would already be in my second trimester by then why would I wait that long even if that was what I wanted? When I could just go to another clinic elsewhere. After she said this I was upset & frustrated on the phone & told her I never said that I wanted an abortion & she then preceded to argue with me over the phone & let me know that after our conversation that is what she thought she was scheduling me for. I am so glad I never went to that appointment I have no idea what danger that could have put my baby into. I am shocked and appalled with how I was treated & the situation especially as a whole when me & my husband are going through one of the most difficult times in our lives. I do not trust this office & after seeing so many other recent negative reviews I am further confident in my choice to not be in this offices care.

I want to make sure if you searched this place up, that you have read this review. Not sure why they have 2 google profiles here. Maybe because one has many bad reviews and hope this one looks better, but here is my review for this place from the other google profile.

I am willing to put my name out there even if it means to help other women out. The staff is nice, the ladies in the back who get your information make you feel very welcomed, also the other OBs are nice. The problem is Dr. Pascual. Please change your OB if you get put with her, as soon as you know it. I was stuck with her because my insurance took forever to transfer me. Also change your clinic, it is important to do so to avoid being scheduled with her during appointments and when you deliver your baby. It’s not worth the risk! The negative reviews about her are true. The things she says to you are usually scare tactics and negative.She doesn't give you advice at all and only tell you things as if she know for sure will happen, like your baby dying or even you dying (she used those exact vocabulary words to others and I). She also keeps her nails long and filed into square tips, which is unsanitary and is probably the reason why it was painful when she examined me. Mind you, you’re pregnant and a lot more sensitive in those areas, she doesn't seem to care though. She belittled me for not being able to get checked and told me I cant deliver my baby, if I cant handle her checking me. She doesn't even think about being more gentle or clipping her nails at all. She rushes through the whole process (after waiting an hour and half to see her, even for a scheduled appointment) and uses her “sweet voice” to cover it all up. Last appointment, I walked out bawling my eyes out because of the awful things she told me. She’s said worse and unacceptable things to others and I’m not exaggerating or being extra at all. Ima start off by helping women with this post by writing this review. I really hope something can be done. I knew she would be a bad OB, but I didn't think she’d be the worst.

I was really looking forward to my first OB-GYN appointment, but I was running 5 minutes late and forgot my ID. I understand these things happen, but it was disappointing that my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for over a week later. Being pregnant for the first time, this delay has caused extra anxiety. Despite explaining that I had already been through a hard time and went to the emergency room, They acted like they didn’t care and told me to go back to the emergency room instead of offering any understanding or support. I even offered to send my ID via email, but they showed no willingness to accommodate me. Now I have to wait over a week for my rescheduled appointment, adding unnecessary stress to my first pregnancy. I hope the office can be a bit more accommodating in the future, especially for first-time mothers dealing with so much

Stay far away from this OBGYN! Especially if you're expecting. I had an overall bad experience after my labor and postpartum with Dr. Morales. He doesn’t care about his patients and doesn’t hear you out. You’re just another dollar sign to him. During my postpartum visit he didn’t bother to have any sympathy towards my postpartum symptoms and basically said I was on my own. He’s a horrible doctor who makes you feel like you’re not important and you don’t matter. Even during my labor he was all grumpy with me. Doctors like him are only doing it for the money not to genuinely help and take care of their patients. Dr. Morales shouldn’t even be a doctor. People need to be made aware before deciding to have this office as their OBGYN and prenatal care service. Why do you think they have such a low star rating? Run away if you can and go else where will you be valued and cared for as a patient.

I HATE this place. Most of my appointments have been rushed and I wasn’t even given the chance to ask questions at my last appointment (was 38+5) and said I should expect a call that same day or the following week on Tuesday (today) and I called twice, once in the morning and again after lunch time and NO ONE answers. The person on exchange told me they’ve been getting their calls. I was supposed to hear from them about when to do a stress test and to discuss possible induction or if I needed one? I don’t even know because the Dr said it so fast. Shit communication

I hated this clinic and Dr's. I complained multiple times about how sick I felt and how swollen I was and was completely dismissed. I went into the er at 37 weeks and was instantly admitted because I had preclampsia. I wasn't even going to go to the hospital because I felt so discouraged and felt like I was being dramatic from being dismissed so much, but by the grace of God I went in and my life and baby's were saved. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Stay away from that place; the doctors there are terrible and rude. The doctor caused me trauma—I would leave the office crying, and no one did anything about it. She would get upset when I asked questions, and to this day, I still carry that trauma.
