If there could be a negative option for review, that is what this place would get and I didnt even step foot inside. Liz the"manager" she claimed to be was beyond unprofessional and horrible in her way of handling my situation. To tell a potiental customer that her insurance did not have a good record of payment and there for she wouldn't approve to fill my prescription was above and beyond the point of bad business, especially when this place of business is on the list of providers. When I asked to speak to her superior she stated that she herself handles all the stores issues. I will not even recommend giving this place a shot, and will move forward with my provider to make sure they, and The BBB, are aware of such horrible practices.

My experience with Valley Medical was 5 star! I believe it changed hands and address. My 86 y.o. mother-in-law had an issue with her Nova walker rollater that she purchased at Central Valley Medical on Blackstone maybe about 3 years ago. I called Valley Medical Supply and explained what happened, the girl who answered was very kind and had the manager Estephen ( not sure of the spelling) call me back, he was very kind and understanding and contacted the manufacturer himself. We found out the frame had a lifetime warranty and after asking a few questions was offered a brand new replacement at no charge. Estephan kept me updated as to when it would arrive and even offered to deliver it himself at no charge. He was very professional and accommodating even though they were not making one penny from this transaction. We were relieved because my 86 y.o. mother in law was worried and didn't like the temporary walker she had to use. I ended up picking it up myself (my choice) and that's when I found out they were under new ownership and moved right off Fig Garden Loop, Fresno. I give them a TEN! They made a difficult ordeal much easier for us and we appreciate it very much. So thank you to them!

Bad service.It took 3 month's to fix my power chair,1 1/2 month's just to get a new charger. They have NO loner power chain's available.Do not do business with this company.They use used old parts. And charge your insurance company for new parts.What a scam!!!

This is a beyond terrible place to do business who does not care about employees or customers from the impression I got it's a cover business for the tunnels in the storage room..
