Grand Rising everyone I recently had a young man by the name believe is Mr Mike Nicholes he came and placed together a shooter for us and he explained everything so exceptional that I could put it together myself now if I had to order another one this guy was very polite and knowledgeable of the shooter he gave me the real definition of customer services and safety! They now do complex rehab power chairs! Home evaluations and ATP evaluations that are required by insurance for your device every 5 years. Great news! Great customer service! Great General Manager! Great Repair and Delivery team!

Awesome store! I was in mt Dora Florida for business and my power chair controller began coming off not only were they kind but they replaced the missing screw and tightened up the one that was there free of charge! Great place!

Ask your Dr for a different referral. They have not filled the order, answered the phone, or returned a call or email for months for essential equipment. Terrible medical supply company.

Scooter has been in for repair for weeks. Part paid for weeks ago but not even ordered until the other day. All you get is excuses. Veterans beware. They do not take veteran provided repairs. You pay.

Was getting a scooter for my 86 year old mother, referral from doctor was approved through Medicare. Then truck driver strike happened. We waited and waited for almost a year. It finally came in. We were told she needed a new referral from doctor because it had expired, no problem. It became a problem, central mobility claimed to never receive the referral from the doctors. I had actual proof in hand it was sent. Now I'm being told Medicare is denying it. I called Medicare and they said mom met all the criteria. Now today I find out that they are giving us the run around. They prefer to deal with cash paying customers and people with really good insurance. So if you're not paying cash or your insurance doesn't pay top dollar you may want to avoid this place. While waiting for the scooter my mother has fallen and broke her hip. This could have been avoided if some people were not so money hungry
