I meet Dr.Diana. A girl with a bad actitud , she don’t care about person and his health , this morning was horrible , she’s don’t care abut my gastritis history and don’t even intent search or ask to the secretary to make research about my history , just turn his back on me and she Leave . Don’t show respect about my health . How is posible a woman who make a compromise with the medicine don t have a little humble about the person health . I will never want to see this woman who want to call her Doctor . In 24 years visiting this office never had a worst
Experience about my health care .

This place is a joke. They charged me for stuff I never even got! When I called to sort it out, they didn’t care and acted like it wasn’t their problem. Honestly, it feels like they’re just out to rip people off.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients and don’t try to scam you. The staff is also super rude to you, and have not manners, very unethical!!

There's no better place to be treated and well treated. They care, and that's the most important thing, and they make that clear!!! Staff is super helpful and sweet. They are ready to answer any question and figure out the best solutions to help you out. Jay, at the front desk, is super attentive and helpful. When asked to help me with an issue I had, he promptly figured everything out helped me without a blink!
When I went to take my blood draw, Barbara was the sweetest person in the whole wide world!!! I didn't even feel the needle sticking in! That was awesome! That shows how great and well prepare the people working here really are. If you want to have great a experience while taking care of your health, this is the place! Totally recommend!

Great service, but now they are charging a 4% fee even if using an HSA or FSA card.
Edit: the 4% surcharge has been return.

I had an appointment today at 8am. I called Monday to confirm and they ratified my date and time. Got to the offices, closed. Found this paper on the door.
How is it possible that I did not even get a courtesy call? This is so irresponsible and disrespectful!
No one is answering the phone, obv, but also the “doc on call” is not available.
I’m truly disappointed, Dr Ortega has a lot of positive reviews online but looks like it’s either fake or someone dropped the ball big time.

I wanted to provide this 5 star review based on the service that we continue to receive from this office. Dr. Pedro Ortega is my wife's Primary Care Provider and not only is he a great doctor, but Michelle that works upfront is the absolute best. They are always attentive and go the extra mile to make sure that we have a complete understanding regarding her care. I highly recommend this establishment...

I had an appointment at 11.30 for the pap exam and due to an accident I was min late 10 min. I called 11.20 to let them know for 10 min delay, and the person on the phone was really understandable and helped me. However, when I arrived, since I don't remember the name but the red hair receptionist lady told me they could not take me because the doctor will have lunch break at 12 and operation is taking 30 min which will take 15 extra for them 🤣 That is really funny because whenever we go with any of my family and frined members to the any of the locations we have to wait more than 30 minutes for our appointments and they can not take me while there were NOBODY else in the office. This explains why people keep leaving bad reviews, and no one is questioning where the problem is. Considering the fact that finding an appointment is a ridiculous process, and now I see completing the appointments depending upon the employees' and doctors' daily basis mood and personal life needs. There is literally no common sense. It was not my fault, I did what I needed to do, which was calling and they said it is ok and after I arrive at 11.42 they were saying they can not accept me and they left a voice mail right before I arrive. This cause me to waste my time and driving 20 min a distance in 35 min because of an accident and went back with an inconvenience.
