Took forever to get an appointment so if you need to be seen soon good luck. You will wait at least 2 weeks or more. Dr. Washington addresses some issues but didn't cover a couple of them very well. I asked for a different medicine for my migraines due to the $262 cost of the one already prescribed that I can't afford and he did nothing to help me. I've repeatedly complained of headaches, migraines etc for months and his reply is mute. Ive told him that my insurance requires a referral for the ER because unless you have or are admitted the insurance doesn't cover it. Never got that referral either. Told me i would probably have to go the the ER for this rash that took me 21/2 weeks to be seen for. Didn't get a referral for that either. Dr. Washington does give me referrals but most of the time he doesn't bother to check with them to see if theostvimpossible y will see me so I end up wasting my time & money because they won't, resulting in me still having whatever issues I have without any relief in site. It's extremely frustrating to suffer with pain and migraines when you can't get any help from your own doctor. It sucks and no relief in site .

Took my boys for their school physical, first time at this clinic, as we are originally from Pennsylvania. Everyone, from the receptionist who took my call to schedule the appointment, to the receptionist at the clinic, to the nurse, to the doctor, were amazing. Everyone had a smile, pleasant and made the visit a very enjoyable one. I usually don’t review Doctor visits but definitely will in this case. I’m so happy I chose this clinic.

Jessica Maxwell is the best thing to have happened to this clinic. I’ve gone off and on due to necessity and she is one of the first providers ( because Saul and the rest of the team have also been a breath of fresh air) to be attentive, supportive, and respectful to the medical needs of my children.
I have switched back because of how comfortable I feel asking all the questions and receiving proper care with follow ups.

This was an offal experience with Mr. Washington. I would definitely not call him “Dr.” He treated me on 2 occasions like I’m dumb, with no respect. And both times I walked out upset and got nothing done, such as blood work etc. It’s a shame I have to find a new office because the office ladies are very nice. Feeling discussed

Dr. Washington and his staff are very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and most of all compassionate and caring. Even if they are busy, they will try their hardest to squeeze you in because your health is important to them. I choose them over Watson Clinic or Lakeland Regional Health and their health care monopolies any day.
