We recently brought our 16 month old daughter in for an allergy test. The staff that we interacted with was polite, professional, and efficient. The doctor did great in explaining what the process would be and actively listened to our concerns. They also explained the test results so that we could fully understand them and answered all of our questions. The nurses we had performing the test on our daughter were great and worked with us while our daughter was squirming. Even though during the test one of the nurses was learning how to perform the test, they were still able to keep our child calm and comfortable. Overall this practice has been nothing but an amazing experience for us.

My daughter has been a patient for 1 year & so far everything is excellent. The doctor really cares about my daughter & the staff is very friendly. This clinic has helped my daughter so much her health is better than before I see amazing improvements.

I got a referral to be seen here.Thee doctor that referred me told me that my referral has been authorized and that if I don’t have a an appointment, I should call them. I call them because it’s been a month since I got my referral and they told me I will be called once my referral is authorized, which it already is. I’ve been waiting a month!!!!!

My wife had a chronic cough for months. Our primary care physician sent her for chest x-rays, an upper GI endoscopy, changed her high blood pressure medication and finally sent her to the allergy clinic.
We did the allergy testing and went in for the results.
We saw Catherine O’Neill and she gave my wife her life back. She listened and took her time and developed a plan to deal with my wife’s problem.
We started the recommended medications and adjusted the dosage after our follow-up and we’re pleased that her persistent cough no longer is an issue.
My wife was unable to use her CPAP machine before starting the meds but now sleeps soundly every night.
We highly recommend seeing Catherine as her professionalism and caring persona is outstanding.
We are so fortunate to have had her come into our lives.

Staff and Dr are very courteous.When I checked in the person who helped me wanted to take my credit card with him and I declined. He stated it was OK that I could pay when I would go in. The receptionist or whatever her title was is very rude. She went to the room that I was been seen and asked to take my card. Whenn I told her I wanted to go and pay at the front she told me that next time I either pay outside by letting them take my card or I am not going to be seen. I tried to tell her I did not mind paying before been seen I just didn't want my card to be taken by someone. She was not even answering my questions. A different person came and stated I was able to pay inside no problem. Definitely a bad experience because of the girl whom is sitting right when you enter.
