What a ridiculous experience , I have never written a Google review in my entire life but this definitely deserves one . I booked an appointment on Zoc Doc like millions of people in the United States do. The doctors office confirmed my appointment. I got a text message early the morning of my appointment telling me to call the doctors office , well I tried twice and got no answer. I left a message with my name and number expecting a call back if there was an issue with my appointment but never received one . When I arrived for my appointment 20 mins early I was told that the office doesn’t accept appointments from 12pm-1pm which is understandable. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 . Apparently it was a zoc doc issue , the appointment should’ve never been booked at that time. My problem is that I was never notified even after calling the office multiple times . I was not notified of the cancellation until I walked out of the doctors office and then finally received the cancellation text . Just wanted to warn others about the poor management before wasting the time and energy.

I love NP Heather. She is so warm and listens to all my health issues. She doesn’t dismiss anything and is very thorough with her testing. I travel 30 mins just to see her.

All the zocdoc reviews to Heather are fake.. They bill unnecessary things to establish a new patient for a annual health checkup with insurance.. this office staff are irresponsible they never answer when you need them..

Needing a dermatologist to take this growth thing off my bottom eyelid I looked through MANY docs and finally found a pic of FNP Mara Scaramella who looked like the kindest of all of those listed in my benefits! Took a chance and booked appt. Day before they send me the reminder and SHOCK! I thought I made appt at office near me but NO...blondie here booked at NORTH PHX office 48 minutes away! UGH. Not wanting to be a NO SHOW (How rude!) I drove...and drove...and drove.
On the 5th floor of this parking garage I took this pic and sent to my bestie and told her if I disappear this is where I was last!

Trying to break into the locked door by shaking and shaking it, the nicest young lady Melissa came and let me in. She said they were at lunch but I could go ahead and come in if I wanted! How sweet! (She probably knew I would squish my face against the window til she opened the door) She chatted me up with friendly conversation and had music on and sang a few words. OF COURSE, me being me, I started sing along SHOUT, SHOUT, LET IT ALL OUT....:) so I knew I had chosen the RIGHT OFFICE!
Doc Mara was AMAZING!! She is adorable, so perky and friendly from the time she walked in the room!! Zero rushing you, lots of friendly chat and even shared personal stories to make you feel more comfortable. Found out we both had worked for rival major airlines!! She also got her Nursing license young so has lots of experience in many fields of medicine. I have a lot of medical issues so she was patient while we discussed each one. To choose a doctor randomly and hit the jackpot was worth the drive. I will be absolutely using Doc Mara and her sidekick Melissa the next time I can "telemed" for sure and maybe if I hit the lottery I can afford the gas to go see them on the 5th floor again!
Book your appointment with Centra Internal Medicine and Doc Mara Scaramella and you will not be sorry if you live anywhere close to their office....she is WONDERFUL!! I am an expert on bedside manner and she rocks it.....and bonus! Melissa at the front desk could be the lead singer in a rock band!!

Google showed they did pre-op medical clearances. I called and told them i needd a clearance exam. The lady told I couldnt just get the ckesrance, that I needed to have another appt first, to get established as a patient. I told het I was already an established patient w/ Dr Sahni. She told me it didnt matter, if I saw another provider that was not sahni, I would need 2 appts, cuz I have to be an establshed patient first.
What a scam, I am an established patirbt of Sahni. They tell you via internet that they provide pre-op nedical clearances only to lure you inyo making multiple appoitments that r not needed. This is a thumbs down. Score of 2 is because uf u can get passed his obnoxioux staff, Sahni is a goid doctor. The staff sucks. A doctir is only as good as his staff.

i just found out my dr left the practice, i had no contact there for 3 months and now i need a prescription re filed i found out she is no longer there, not even a courtesy call or email
i can't do it online because it asks for a provider, and she is not recognized any more.
i have left 5 voice mails as no one ever answers the phone and its now been 6 days and no one has got back to me.

August, 2018. I needed my blood pressure medicine refilled. I started the usual process about a week in advance: i called on Monday, normal business hours--no answer, left message that i need my blood pressure medicine refilled-- no response. Next day, Tuesday, normal business hours, called, left detailed message that i needed my blood pressure medicine refilled-- no response to this day, nothing. Went to my pharmacy and was informed by the tech that they had already faxed them twice and would sent a third fax that day. The pharmacy faxed my doctor's office 3 times and called twice and got no response. My prescription ran out and after about 5 days i contacted my insurance company and worked out an emergency refill with a contracted doctor that easily and quickly took care of me. The reason i am sharing my experience is because even though Dr Sahni is a very nice guy and probably a good doctor, the frustrations i have experienced with this practice over the past year, above all the experience described here, have driven me to seeking out a new doctor.

I hope Dr Sahni reads these reviews because I don't know if he is even aware of these things, and patients need to beware of this doctor's office. If you have an acute or chronic medical condition, don't go here. They are not there for you.

Last time I was there my appointment was rushed and Dr. Sahni didn't really seem to listen. Just felt as though he had a tee time and wanted me outta there. I get it. The appointment was set close to closing time, but THEY GAVE ME THAT APPOINTMENT TIME. I didn't set it and really don't like keeping people from being able to get off work and go home. I myself had to go after work.
I was scheduled to see Dr. Mednansky, but they said she didn't have time to see me so I'd either have to come back the next day or see Dr. Sahni. I reluctantly decided to stay because I didn't have time or gas to be running back over there the next day.
Now I can't even seem to get an actual appointment time because I'm getting no replies aside from the next available DAY they have. I replied asking what times they had for that day (yesterday morning) and still nothing. I've even sent a couple more messages through the portal to make sure they had received my previous messages and...... Nada.
Shouldn't be this difficult to get an appointment/response and be able to see a certain doctor!
Guess I'm one of the few that has posted a not -so - positive review, but actually upon my first appointment time I had given them 5 stars. I've removed that review.
Things change, I'll give a better review if it's deserved, but I give honest reviews pertaining to my experiences.
