I recently had the pleasure of visiting Centner Wellness, and I must say, the experience was truly spectacular!

I had the opportunity to try the Mind Float session, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The Compression Boots were also amazing, leaving my legs feeling refreshed and revitalized. And the Red Light Therapy session was the perfect finishing touch, leaving my skin feeling nourished and looking radiant.

But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Omari. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Her passion for wellness and genuine care for clients is truly admirable.

If you're looking for a wellness center that truly cares about your well-being, look no further than Centner Wellness. 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I loved my time at Centner! I was able to try most of the treatments and it’s hard to choose a favorite. The Bio-Sync bed and Zero-gravity massage were very relaxing, the Ozone treatment and Temperature therapy were very rejuvenating, and overall I felt very taken care of. The staff was super helpful and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Super clean facilities, comfortable robes and towels, and great features like oxygen treatments and red light therapy. Would highly recommend Centner to anyone looking for a unique way to jumpstart your health!

I made an appointment for my mom to use the VEMI bed and she loved the experience! Nadia was the one that greeted us and made the experience even more wonderful! I was given a tour of the facility and they have so many different treatments that they provide. I will definitely be coming back to use the deprivation tank.

I tried both the ozone sauna and the hot/cold treatment, which combined an infrared sauna with a cold plunge, and had a fantastic experience with both. The facility is exceptionally clean and relaxing, and the staff is professional and accommodating. The treatments offer a great blend of benefits and styles. While it is a bit pricey, the state-of-the-art treatments make it feel reasonable.

I just had the most rejuvenating and healing experience at Centner Wellness Coral Gables.

Nadia made the entire visit educational and enriching. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about the various treatments and modalities they offer.

I enjoyed a complimentary session on their Vemi bed. It felt like I huge “hug for my soul”. And then treated myself to The Inner Light LED Therapy Bed. It was Amazing!!
Will definitely be back to try the epson salt float tank experience and the Hocatt PEMF ozone Sauna. Overall 10/10 experience! Grateful to have such a gem in Coral Gables.

Came in not knowing what to expect but left there wanting more! Highly recommend.

I came in for a 30mins Vemi Bio-Sync Bed experience. What is that, you ask? It's a bio-synchronization bed therapy session promoting the body's healing ability. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile and was given a great tour of their facility. I have to admit, I was transported to a core memory of my youth's first experience of Epcot Center and their Innovation Land. The center is very serene and futuristic in feel. The ambiance is immediately set and you are transported from the busy hustle and bustle streets and lifestyle of Miami.
Once my tour concluded I was prepped for my session and surrendered to the peace. I laid back, dark glasses on and meditation music radiating through the headphones. As the minutes progressed I coukd feel myself drifting and getting immersed in the experience. Once my 30mins ended I did not want to leave. I felt relaxed and my body regenerated. As I walked back to my car I could feel the positive effects of my session. I look forward to experiencing again.
