Have had CenterWell Home Health care for approximately 10 months. Every single person (nurses and office staff) was outstanding.
One exception is a nurse named Thelma....she was almost 2hrs late and no call. She was extremely rude and yes, I was rude back at her (I used the F word). She left without performing her job. I immediately contacted the office. Another nurse came on Saturday and as usual, no problems.
On Monday at approximately 5pm, I was informed that they immediately dropped me as a patient. By law, they are required to send me notification and give 30 days notice.
To say I'm upset is an understatement. In my opinion, that single issue with one person should have been handled simply by not sending that nurse to me again. Out of all of the other staff, they allow 1 person to ruin a good relationship.

Couldn’t seem to get an authorization through their system. Was promised a call twice by Amanda at the end of the day. Never got one. Finally on the 7th day I received a call they were good to go. Since I was supposed to be seen within 24 hour of my surgery. These folks didn’t fly with me. 1st no authorization, the yes authorization the no authorization. SERIOUSLY! Thanks but no thanks. Went to Pinnacle. Already had 2 visits.

5 stars for Mallory, Cathy & Terrica. Seriously, they all give me hope for humanity and our youth as well. Those 3 ladies that are helping my mother after her shoulder revision surgery are the top of professionalism. I'm so very impressed and humbled by people who are not only great at their profession , but are so great at it that it sets a tone of positivity that carries you through a difficult time. Many , many thank yous.

All of the personnel that came to my home were professional friendly and polite.
All of the nurses were very good. My only concern was that that I never saw the same one twice. Kathy and Erin with PT were great. I was not as impressed with OT.
Overall it was a great experience .

Our problem with Centerwell is this; the last home healthcare agency we had did, and does the exact same thing. Our daughter is severe special needs therefore rendering her needs urgent and time sensitive. In the last month we have had to call someone at Centerwell to have a nurse come over for life sensitive needs, that are weekly yet , we have to recertify.

I have had a fantastic experience with the home health personnel, both Nursing and Physical therapy. I take issue with the back office personnel, however. I occasionally have to go weeks at a time Without home health service. This because the front office did not submit paperwork or a request for approval of service to the VA. There is absolutely no problem with the VA extending the care, it simply needs to be requested properly. I have worked with Zandra., Charlotte, And the people down that path in the past. My name is Carl Jones and I have multiple sclerosis so I see a physical therapist twice a week. I also see a nurse twice a week, due to bad sores sting from my inability to move often Enough.

Only one nurse changed urology bag correctly. Joel was excellent but his suply orders were changed either at office or their supplier changes.
