The Center Well team has been absolutely fabulous at coordinating Home health care for my loved one. They have come out and provided nursing support, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. They have been professional, supportive, friendly, and most of all I have seen my loved one progress as a result of their care. Nurse Dusty is very nice, but if you need too many supplies they will dump you as a patient. The main office told my spouse he was too expensive so they dumped him. And didn’t bother to tell him until they had missed several days they were supposed to show up. They also seemed like they didn’t have enough nurses on staff. Their behavior was incredibly neglectful and not professional.
