I used this service for wound care. An RN or an LPN came weekly to dress my wound. They called a day ahead to schedule and always arrived on time. Although they were only there to take care of a wound, they took my vitals and inquired about my health on every visit. Both nurses, Jennifer and Susanne, assigned to my case were so nice, very polite and took great care of me.

My experience with them was the worse ever. Unorganized unprofessional no one knows what is going on with the patient. No one bothers to read notes from their own coworkers to better understand the patient. They will schedule appointments and no show then later call you late in the day at 8pm to accuse you of them not showing up then to tell you no appointments can be rescheduled and mark you down as no show. My husband’s care was held for a long time due to their negligence. I spoke to the case manager Kim several times and nothing she couldn’t remember what we spoke of the day prior. Spoke to nurses Aaaka Flavia Pam no one cares. If you truly care for your love ones this is NOT the place. This place only wants your insurance payment. I’m still waiting for a call from them to reschedule an appointment for PT and it’s been over 2 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The nurses that attended to my wound care were awesome. Jennifer was great, also Tristen. A couple others had filled in on occasion, unfortunately I don’t remember their names but all were knowledgeable and did a great job on wound care. Thank you.

Christina was here to assess my progress and checked my vitals after questioning about my current condition. She was thorough, had empathy and even suggested continuing outpatient PT. Using a walker with the embolism and cellulitis is necessary but limiting as to what you can do . One day at a time. Other things like having had Covid January and again in July has taken a toll. Sometimes it feels like i can carry my heart in my arms as it’s heavy in my chest . The gurgle sometimes loud enough for To be heard in bed. COPD and Sleep Apnea wreak havoc on choir attendance & participation! All those who attended to me at home health care were professional, courteous and supportive; especially with schedules . I would not recommend CenterWell to anyone. I have had to call several times because nobody showed up to do my father in law’s wound care. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I called yesterday morning asking why nobody has been out and that we are out of the supplies needed to do the wound care and was told that someone would be out yesterday. Nobody showed up. Called last night asking why nobody showed up. I was told that a nurse would be out first thing this morning. Nobody showed up again.
