Horrible experience. They don't read the reports and say they will "teach" you new techniques. Then they just "teach" you what you already know. They don't know basics about your family, let alone your child. Then they do "parent teaching" which is just going over things we already know. When we pointed out we already knew everything from classes we took previously the supervisor decided to talk down to us. Seriously Lauren, independent means "doing something by yourself." Don't change the word to say you're teaching people something. You're not. Stop pretending to help people.
When we gave our reasoning as to why we didn't want to waste our money and time with horrible service that doesn't teach anything we got a rude response about us not being able to afford services as the reason we stopped.
No. It's not worth the money to take time away from my child to be "taught" what I'm already doing. It's not worth the money to have someone follow us around but say nothing new or not answer the questions I have. It's not worth the stress on my child.
Most annoying thing that was repeated? "I'll teach you how to use a timer since you don't use one." Lady, we use a timer every day, all day. If you paid any attention you would have seen my child push the start button and me give a time warning before it went off. You'd know we use it and it changed our lives WAY before we met you. If you'd read the report about us you would also know that. You'd also know everything else we already do. But you said "I don't want to read these pages, I'll skip to the goals," during our first meeting. You chose not to know anything and assumed we were incompetent. Then you continued to forget the basics and the goals of my child.
Don't waste your time or money with this company. Even after you fire their service they will continue to pretend they are working with you. Email after Email. Asking you to sign new documents and sign up for more sessions. Seriously. Run the other way. As far as you can.

I was looking forward to working there. BUT in the midst of putting together my documents to start trainings, they took back the offer letter. *Had I known I would have to communicate DAILY worh someone before I even got a schedule, I would have never even accepted the job. Its very invasive to say the least to call someone EVERY day. And “check in”. Im a grown ass woman. Idk who is in charge. But thats not how you treat your employees. AT ALL. *Because I didn't want to talk everyday and sometimes numerous times throughout the day, I believe thats why they took back the offer. ***Unless you like to be micromanaged 100%, CSD is not for you. I will never work for any company in this field.
Calling me everyday and I didn’t even start working for you guys yet is CRAZY.

If you want to work for a company that couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag, this place is for you! It is absolute chaos from start to finish! And for the cherry on top, they try to bully you into paying for equipment YOU NEVER EVEN HAD.

Apparently CSD is so hard up for money they added devices I never even received to some bill and continue to send me invoices to pay for or return things I NEVER HAD. Despite multiple attempts to inform IMELDA MENDOZA-RIVERA it’s just sent back to me over and over uncorrected. Likely because they just ignore their emails like everyone else in this circus.

If you’re broke, just say that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Parents if your child is on the spectrum stay away from the Center of Social Dynamics. We can't speak for other regions, but Northern Colorado is disorganized and disheartening. Their RBTs are unqualified and incompetent, and when trying to seek solutions to improve treatment, the part time BCBA couldn't be bothered to coach the RBT or attend a parent meetings after many asks. We truly feel that our son is worse off than before he worked with this ABA.

Horrible Horrible Company, understaffed and over worked. Scheduling team is useless, can’t get anything resolved on time and you will be the one getting blamed for their lack of responsibilities. HR does not care about you, I had a stalker following me from a case and they did nothing about my report. Once I submitted my resignation, they did not send in my final check to payroll until a month later after I quit.
BCBA’s are so overworked you only see them once a month. If a client cancels session you are required to do a makeup session even though you can only do 6 hours a day INCLUDING DRIVE TIME, and no overtime. Save your time and energy with another ABA company because they are not worth it here

This company was sadly a waste of time for my kid. We waited 4 months hounding scheduling to get services started. I believe we emailed and called close to a dozen times to the girl who did our assessment to get a copy of the report like we were suppose to get 2 weeks after the assessment. We waited 5 months for more than 2.5 hour sessions just one day and I gave up and switched companies after our obly therapist started calling out 2/4 sessions a month. I didn't know that clincal case managers came to sessions until we switched companies, everything was zoom for a toddler.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS FRONTLINE WORKERS. PARENTS: SELECT A DIFFERENT ABA ORGANIZATION.
My company was acquired by CSD and immediately admin/management took away BT's PTO. Additionally, admin would not search for clients in my area which postured my commute time to approximately 1.5 hours each way after the acquisition. Furthermore, admin does not support frontline workers and would rather have them send messages to a scheduling department than schedule their own appointments, which takes anywhere to 1-3 days to have an appointment scheduled; all while admin presses their workers daily to have appointments scheduled and converted.
