A year ago the shelter had only taken me in for a weekend, let me stay with them until I could get into the YWCA, they welcomed me and made me feel safe. They are probably one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen out there along with the YWCA, they gave me clothes, offered food that I declined. I was really depressed and not in a good spot but I can only say good things about this place. I recommend them highly!

I am the Facility Director at ABC Associates in Beaver Falls, and was looking for assistance for an individual relocating to Butler. I spoke with Gretchen today and she was amazing. She provided me with a list of resources, and options for this individual. She was kind and very knowledgeable.

I lost my place due to the incompetence of the caseworker, supposedly was out for a month"covid" kept giving me the run around kept adding things that needed filled out by my landlord or pages that were " incorrectly " filled out. The entire month the caseworker was out none of the other caseworkers knew anything about my case and told me had to wait til she got back.

My interaction with the staff at CRC is limited, but the Peer Support Specialist program is a joke. They are extremely unprofessional, unsolicited medical advice of any kind should not be given. Peer Support Specialists should not be making any suggestions to clients on any medical advice.

The Center for Community Services has done so much for me. The men and women who have dedicated their lives there truly care about the community and the people in it. CCR is definitely a pillar and I honestly have nothing but love and respect for them.
