Had an appointment today 8/8/23 @ 1:45, I arrived at 1:30, got checked in , paid my co-pay and sat down. After 45 minutes of seeing new patients coming in and then getting called back to an exam room, I asked the girl at front desk if I got missed or anything, she said no so I went and sat back down. Another 45 mins goes by I asked the same front desk girl what is going on, she went to the back and come up with another employee, she explains to me that they still have 2 surgeries infront of me. I told then this is ridiculous, I was there for 1.5 Hrs waiting to see a doctor to perform an outpatient surgery on my neck. I told them to give me my co-pay back and I left. This place is a joke. If you go to the doctors office with an appointment and the doctors are running behind, let the patients know, I wasted an hour and a half and could have been longer if I hadn't of asked.

Excellent care from the knowledgable physicians as well as their medical staff to the pleasant office staff. I highly recommend them with my first hand contacts on multiple occasions. I am a frequent flyer, dealing with multiple cases of skin cancers.
