From the moment you walk in the door you can sense the peaceful nature of the facility. Having options like massage, reiki and cranial sacral in one location is fantastic. Have had massages with Adrienne Asta and Trish Nichols that always leave me and my husband wanting another one. I appreciate that Adrienne has worked with me and my chiropractor to help me with my health and wellness journey. The space they have available to rent is perfect for small groups.

Adrienne at Center 4 Self Care is so amazing! I’ve had other massage therapists but she is so much more than that. She truly is a master of her craft. She is so well educated and the human body and can help anyone from old to young to active to inactive or healthy or not so healthy! I will never get a massage from anyone else.

I had a fairly serious hiking accident in August 2021, which resulted in a broken jaw, a badly sprained ankle, and some major back pain. I was referred to the Center 4 Self-Care by my primary care physician to help alleviate some persistent back pain. The pain was so bad that I was sleeping in a recliner, on a heating pad, for over two weeks.

I was assigned to Trish Nichols, and I was hesitant at first because I typically prefer male therapists. However, my worries were soon assuaged, as Trish was able to quickly and efficiently address some problem areas of my upper back and left leg. The amount of pressure that she utilized was perfect, and I have no doubt that if I requested a deeper massage, Trish would have been more than able to comply. Trish is a thorough, patient, and skilled therapist. I have seen her twice over the past 7 days and my back pain is nearly gone.

While I have gone to other reputable places in Tucson for deep-tissue massages, the Center 4 Self-Care is now my first choice. I have not been paid or encouraged to fill out this review. I simply want to share what a great experience I had at the Center.

Adrienne is without a doubt the most qualified and knowledgeable massage therapist. She knows anatomy and the body and is so skilled at getting to and healing all that was hurting me. I want to recommend the Pain Potion at Center 4 Self-Care!! It's the best pain lotion I ever used!! It works where I've had pain without any idea if I would get relief--and it always helped more than I expected. Pain on my ribs from a pressure injury, joint pain, neck pain, muscle pain--I've never had as much success in relieving pain. Great product!
