Staff is very friendly and the place is really clean and nicely located. Here is the down side. Took me awhile to get in “expected”. Went in for initial appointment for having chest pains. They scheduled me 3 appointments. 1 for a stress test, 1 for an X-ray of my chest and the last to go over results. Really? You can’t knock out the first two appointments in one day? I can’t just up and take 3 days off from work on a dime. Went to the stress test and that went well. Called yesterday to reschedule my appointment that was the next day “due to Covid” and they wanted to charge me a $50 rescheduling fee. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? I told them to cancel all my remaining appointments and would find another establishment. I just get the feeling this place is a tad money hungry.

I had a heart attack in 2019 and have been going to see these folks every 6 months since. I think it’s time to find another doctor. Tired of paying a hundred dollars each time just to see a doctor to tell me the medications are right and see you next time. No follow up tests? No annual stress test?

I Am 68 yr old male, with experience with Drs as a patient and as a sales rep in the medical profession.
This is the worst front office I have ever been involved with as a patient. Totally incompetent. I had an appt for 3 weeks and then they cancelled my appt. 5 hours prior to that appt. For a minor clerical error, On their Part! Can you imagine yourself having an appt for your Heart and then they
cancel! Go elsewhere..... Please

I visited Cedars Heart Clinic for my annual heart check. Again, the visit was prompt and thorough, and the entire staff is always very pleasant and friendly, helpful and informative. My doctor is always timely with meeting my appointment times, is easy to talk with and discuss test results, and helpful and informative with questions and never in a hurry to move-on to the next patient.
Cedars Heart Clinic is another great medical facility available in Casa Grande.

Dr Shah is excellent. These folks treat you as an individual, not a number on the invoice log. Had a recent problem and the were willing to work with me to accelerate to necessary tests. Erin was extremely helpful.

Office staff very friendly and professional. Never have to wait to see Dr. Alhammouri for a scheduled appointment. Have seen him in a hospital setting also and has a good bedside manner. I appreciate the convenience of being treated locally.

It's good to have cardiology in town for patients who don't wanna drive to Chandler, but I wish they provided exceptional care. Some patients with cardiomyopathy or multivessel CAD don't have routine stress tests or echos. Much needed, vital for healthcare. A solitary annual EKG is irrelevant.
