I took Cathy's Business Class for Geriatric Care Managers and found it to be very helpful. The books and other materials are very good, particularly the forms and templates. Also, I was able to meet to meet with Cathy via Zoom every 2 weeks to discuss the materials, homework and any questions that I had. She has incredible experience over many years. I highly recommend her class for anyone exploring the business of being a geriatric care manager.

Cathy Cress Care Management Business course is one of the best courses available to learn about Care Management. She shares her personal experience of being a Geriatric Care Manager that makes the learning process a positive experience. She offers the business manual that includes step by step instructions on how to setup care management services. The best part of her course is her one-on-one consultation. I am a relatively new Aging Life Care Manager, and I have been floundering a bit with organizing my business and my systems. Her Geriatric Care Management Operations Manual course is comprehensive, and the one-on-one biweekly mentorship is invaluable. Cathy Cress is one of a kind. She knows more than anyone in the field of geriatric care management. She wrote THE handbook and offers excellent classes online. But beware, they are not a cakewalk and Cathy demands that you come prepared. She is kind, intelligent, thoughtful and knows so much. Not just about gcm work but about literature and writing, etc. She is a gem. Take her class and prepared to learn a great deal.
