Don't agree with some of these comments but people have their opinions. I try to see it this way, people make mistakes and some people have bad days and good days. We can't judge. We as people need to come together and give out more love. Personally, I don't care if I have to wait a long time, I'm grateful to these beautiful people for what they do. Every single one. The receptionist and doctors were very professional and much love.

Me and my kids have been patients here since my sons were born. They always take care of us, especially GiGi! Dr. Arkansas is simply amazing 👏
House of Dental which is located inside Casa de Salud is Wonderful, I'm scared of the dentist but Dr. Dalia Pourati is one of a kind, she has a sweet kind spirit and most of all gentle hands. I also got my 2 crowns done by Dr. Dalia and I LOVE THEM! THANK YOU DR. DALIA! 😊

From desk very bad attitude the person who s there in the morning. When I went to ask for something the doctor was prescribed she went very an respectable to me I think if they are going have people in front desk they need to have people with good attitude.

Don’t even bother if you have other options. They are mess! We wait for over an hour WITH an appointment. In 4 years I’ve never seen a practitioner and now they’ve LOST my daughter’s urine sample for the second time. How is this office still in operation?

I had been seeing Dr. Akhavan for several years, mainly at his Vermont location and sometimes at his East Washington location. The wait times have always been pretty awful, even with a scheduled appointment. I made it work though because it's hard finding a decent LA Care Medi-Cal doctor. However, weird things have been happening over the last 9 months and I am now searching for a new primary care doctor.

Over the last 9 months, I have received multiple Notice of Authorization of Services for random doctors for issues I don't have. I haven't seen Dr. Akhavan or even been to the office in months, but I just received ANOTHER Notice of Authorization of Services for ANOTHER condition that I don't have. I reported these issues to LA Care back in May 2023 and I am now on hold with LA Care again to report this. This looks and smells like insurance fraud. Clearly, my personal information is not safe with this doctor or his office. If mine isn't safe, neither is yours.

Currently in search for a different doctor/ doctors office. I have been a patient here for about 6 or 7 years now. I feel like every time I go with a medical concern the doctors just disregard it. Like it’s nothing. I have arthritis in my foot and the specialist they sent me to had 2 diff diagnosis on separate appointments for the same MRI results. I turned to the doctor to help me get some help obtaining FMLA until we figuere it out and was told that they don’t have to help me with that. So in brief summary , THEY DONT CARE!!!

Very good and wonderful doctor, he's been my doctor for years. The reason for the 4 stars is because of his secretaries. They can be Rudy with snappy attitudes like the don't wat to help you or they don't want to be at work. They act like they are really busy but they are not.

Even though I didn't have any contact with my primary doctor, Dr. Akhavan, the experience was great! I went for a regular check-up, and staff were very friendly. They asked me a lot of question, they did take my blood test, pressure, etc. I didn't have to wait. My appt was at 9:30 am and they were getting my blood test at 10 am.
