This is my most favorite Dr's office I have ever experienced in my life. I even kept this Dr. after having moved 53 miles from Carson City. The Dr. has a phenomenal staff also that all work as one team. Very rare "find" now days.
Thanks to all of you for being so kind and genuine about the care I get.

This doctor does not like and is scared now of prescribing pain medications with the two new government laws passed this year (2018) and only his two female RNs will if injections or a small surgery doesnt work for you!!! I dropped him immediately when he would not increase my schedule 6 narcotic, (tramadol), do to it wasnt doing anything for my pain. So i asked to have it increased to see if that would help i was told no. I then new and had terrible insurance prior to being put on the tramadol but was will to bite through the financial issue and ask just to be put back on my schedule 2, (percocet), that i new worked great. He had his assistant call me and tell me he took another look at my most recent MRI and he sees no reason to continue nor do i need any pain management. Well the last surgeon almost 3 years prior wanted me in for a immediate secondary fusion surgery of my lumbar spine. I was told by my old pcp and a couple more spinal surgeons that my lower spine will only get worse not better do to the several issues i have going on with it. I will have to remain i pain medications for the rest of my life i recently brought myself to that conclusion, so i can continue to provide for my family working many hours with a very physically demanding job i cant get out of just yet. I have been exercising, conditioning and slowly get back into strengthening mybody especially my abdominal area to help with my back. After dropinng this individual as my pain doctor i thought my new pcp most certainly would have prescribed my percocet. That was until my pcp was told by this pain doctor that i was abusing the tramadol. I was disgusted that this pain doctor lied to my pcp and in return my pcp took his word over mine. If you want help for legitimate chronic pain where only narcotics are the only option after all other treatments you've tried have failed- DO NOT SEEK HELP BY THIS DOCTOR!!!!!

Absolutely terrible doctor. Accuses you of selling your meds among other accusations. Does not treat you, assumes everyone misuses their meds. Does not help your pain issues at all.

Bhimalli doesn't care about anything except doing procedures and shipping patients off for surgeries, even if they're unnecessary or won't actually help the patient.
