Please make the hours of the lab more visible. This was my second visit to the office and my first visit that I anticipated getting blood work done. I went to the lab after my visit today to have blood work done and was told by the lab tech that she had closed 8 minutes prior at 3:30. When I told her I had been fasting to have my blood work done she still refused to draw my blood. She told me I could drive to another location at Riverstone. It would have been nice to know the lab is only open 7am to 3:30pm even though the office is open until 5pm.

I have no idea what the 1 stars are about. That being said Katherine Castillo was awesome. And so was the medical staff/nurse. Super friendly, attentive, listened to my concerns etc. FNP Castillo listened to my complaints and sent referrals and got some labs for me to do without any hesitation or fights. Usually other doctors (especially male doctors) tend to dismiss us women and our hormonal issues. I was in search of someone new and I finally found her! ? I’m keeping her, I hope she stays for a while haha ?

Nice people, very efficient blood draw (totally painless) and social distancing waiting room. There was a hiccup when the nurse wrote my weight down wrong, and at the last visit couldn't get her Oximeter to work properly, but other than that everything good.

I have been getting care from Cynthia Diaz for several years now! This is one of the Providers Office who really care and take the time to listen to the patient and give top quality care! Cynthia Diaz is a very rare Provider, she is always top notch and my care is a priority to her. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly and I would recommend Cynthia to anyone who needs a top quality Provider! Thank You Carondelet Northwest for excellent care time after time!!!

The Phlebotomist by the name of Rosa at this site on Magee Road, is simply the best that I have had contact with.. The majority of labs that I am required to get are a bit difficult for many to do. I have had Rosa a few times and she is the top of the line when it comes to my blood draws . I would like for her supervisor to know about the the outstanding job that she does for this group. Please compliment her on her awesome and professional work that she does. I wish she was the trainer for all of the Techs in Southern AZ. I really appreciate her.

Dr. Los, and his excellent office staff, have provided me with comprehensively ideal healthcare. By testing and examination, Dr. Los explains my current state of health as compared with the normal, to ideal, and then provides me with the necessary measures to enjoy a healthful lifestyle.
Dr. Los and his staff are trustworthy and polite.
Also, they don't make wait: I'm seen within a moment or two of my appointment time.

My interstitial cystitis was misdiagnosed with a UTI for months. They prescribed me antibiotics everytime and when my test came back negative for infection I never received a call to discontinue antibiotics. And every time I went in my previous results weren't reviewed to figure out the no infection pattern.

I figuired this out by calling and asking what kind of bacteria I am getting infected by and they told me I never had an infection.
I diagnosed myself with interstitial cystitis with a lot of investigation on my own which was later confirmed by a urologist. I was in excruciating pain for months and My pain could have been avoided with a simple call with results. This wasn't a 1 or 2 times thing. I went in about the pain several times.

Also getting a referral from this place takes literally weeks.
I currently have a fractured bone and I need a referral to an ortho. Today is Wednesday, I have been calling and asking on the status of the referral since Thursday and everytime they tell me they will call back but I have yet to receive a call.

I looked at the ratings and thought "why is this rated a 1 star facility...?" I can't stand when a competent facility gets 1 star reviews because of a few stuck up rich jackasses, so I'll weigh in with my lower class opinion, you jerks.

The medical staff is friendly and competent, the doctors have good bedside behavior. One or two bad experiences do not make up an entire facility's reputation.

They get the job done. I've gotten my referrals here quickly, and it's much more convenient than my previous primary care location. I feel much more comfortable here. Also, there's a little Kangaroo plush that has a name that I say hi to every time I come in.

Lab is convenient and quick as well. Only thing that potentially concerns me was the remodeling going on but that doesn't seem to pose a health risk. And trust me on that- I have sensitive lungs. I trust that the staff is responsible enough to know when to say "Don't pass through there, there's too much dust" or the like; I don't actually think it's active construction anyways.

Also no, I wasn't paid to write this review. I'm just another chronic illness patient with a bastard insurance company that hates me, so I enjoy a medical center that doesn't treat me like an idiot.

My only true complaint is Carondelet having a "pay up front" policy but that's not the medical center's fault, that's their higher ups, and maybe they'll read this review and go "Okay we can go back to using bills" because I don't get paid for another two weeks, thank you very much.

Anyways, never trust what Google 1 star reviews tell you. They're not fair and are always done purposely by self centered jerks to make you think a place is way worse than it actually is. I'd actually rate this location a 3.5 star for averageness, but you're not gonna get that average until something balances out the other one stars here. Hence my ballsy public 5 star.

Anyways it's a decent establishment. You get the deal.
