I would run the other way i have had several test done and can never get an answer had an mri in MAY and never got not one future call , they are quick to charge your insurance just to tell you all is well after you call and insist to get an answer back , the staff is condescending and rude no profesionalism in this office at all . They call you and then when you call back they claim to have never called you what you guys are doing is wrong have more love for your care and do the ethical thing for your patients what you are commuting is fraud charging insurance without even seeing you not even via telehealth !!!! This office is criminal stay away

I have been a patient here for close to a year now. I LOVE doctor Damila she is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. Which is why I fought really hard to keep my insurance even though I have to pay a higher premium (because it’s the only insurance from marketplace that she takes) I could have had insurance for $2 a month and I chose to pay a $98 premium monthly soley to see this particular doctor.

I come in today for my appointment and for some reason ambetter changed my primary doctor. So they came out to let me know they couldn’t see me until I changed it back. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes doing that. Once I got done, they told me they’re not going to see me because I have a $91 balance. I explained that I hit my $1600 deductible in full and it must be a mistake and I would call my insurance to fix it when I left. LETS KEEP IN MIND THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME WITH ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT So I could have to fixed everything before my appointment. They made a big deal about it and treated me like sh**. The staff stood there and assisted everybody else while watching me stand at the desk for at least 10 minutes. I was being ignored and spoke to rudely. I’m now an hour past my appointment time and because I explained that I am writing a Google review as to how poorly I’ve been treated now they are telling me I can see the doctor today. It’s really just sad. I loved this doctors office so much. Probably be finding a new doctor.

After writing this I went to go look at the other reviews and seems a lot of people share my same opinion. But I came back to edit this post because I seen the owner reply back to one of the reviews and was extremely childish and unprofessional. Disgusting. Now I will most definitely be finding another doctor.

I work for a Doctor office and every time i call this office to get records for a patient who has been referred by dr Carmona , they put me on hold for more than half an hour every time i call.This is crazy!

Carmona is knowledgeable, caring, and kind. After going through many doctors in my network, he is the one I have been most comfortable with. I believe he truly does care for my health.

On another note, the staff could be rude at times.
