I love to shop local. Shopping for a walker I went to Carmichaels.
Had great service and purchased a walker for $425.00.
That evening my son stopped by.
Looked at walmart and Target online prices. The prices are half of what I paid for the same item.
If you are elderly have someone help you with purchase of medical supplies.
Carmichael's prices are double

I don't typically go out of my way to leave a review, but my 1st experience with Carmichael's Medical Equipment warranted it. Never having to deal with a Medical equipment company, I had no clue what I was doing. From the second I called and began speaking with a woman named Amy, I felt like I was in great hands! In such a stressful time, with my health not being @ 100%, Amy instantly took the stress away and helped in every way she could. I am "WOWED"! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Called there before driving all the way there, they told me on the phone they took the prescriptions and when we got there we found out that was a lie. People are having a hard enough time as it is for a professional to sit and lie to someone.

The employees at Carmichael go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I have only dealt with them for a few months, but the C-pap machine recommended is a blessing, as now I can fall asleep and stay asleep for 7-8 hours. I had a question about supplies....spoke to Lilly on Tuesday and I will receive my shipment by Friday. Beyond satified with their service and knowledge!!

We had to rent a knee scooter after a foot surgery. They were easy to deal with and the terms of the rental were transparent. Return of the scooter could not have been easier. Very highly recommended.

Is Beauty is only skin deep? The minute you go off script, you are left on hold, passed around tothe various extensions and then left to listen to the audio advertisement.

Each time you get a cheerfull hello: how can I help you and you are made to repeat all the personal data and information that you took pains and time to describe earlier.

Each individual pretends not to know anything about the other. It seems strange to me in a one store operation it would be that complicated?

Please forgive me if I've got something wrong, but this is the second time I have been taken around the mulberry bush and left unassisted.
