I have been bringing my son to see Helena since last August, and he has had major breakthroughs. He is practically a new kid. His meltdowns are few and far between, whereas when we started, they were a daily, sometimes multiple times-a-day.

Through Helena's hard work, he has learned to express his emotions in a much more positive way, and indeed, I have learned from her as well.

I would be remiss if I did not also mention Elvan, whom is my therapist at this same business. Elvan started off as my couples counselor, and is currently my individual therapist; She helped me through a very challenging divorce and continues to help me learn more about myself every week.

Furthermore, Claudia, whom handles scheduling and the like, is amazing. I look forward to those weekly reminders from Claudia about my upcoming appointments, she's very friendly and helpful and always responds quickly.

I cannot even begin to describe the experience I have had with Helena. Her energy alone is so bright and loving she instantly makes you feel comfort and peace without judgement. I don’t even know where to begin! I began my journey with Beyond Counseling Group practice in May 2020 with Amanda and I wish I had met her sooner!
