This place is not good!!! Our daughter kept having issues with her stomach and the doctor didn’t have much to say other than babies forget how to poop sometimes. We switched her pediatrician and she’s much better now not having issues. They spend more time looking at the computer screen and typing then they do actually interacting and talking to the parents.

Love this place! At first it was the closest to us without driving to Concord. My son, Charles, sees Dr Coulter and we love her! She is always very at ease and is so good with my son! I love that she's not super "by the book" and gets that every child is different and what works for one may not for another. She has always encouraged us to do what we feel is best.for him with obvious medical advisements. The front desk staff have always been friendly and make checking in and out quick and easy. A couple times I have called to speak with a nurse and I've always been able to speak.with one within an hour if not immediately. So far all our appointments run on time, (but we do go first thing in the morning.) The facility is clean and modern, parking is good with plenty of handicap spaces.

It was awful. I brought her cuz I had concerns with speech and other things. I got no results instead he called the state on me. Gave me no information, no referrals. The state told me to get a new PCP, and he honestly didn't know why he called after they visited my home. 1 star, Because the receptionist was nice.

I absolutely love this drs office and everyone in it. I always get prompt responses whether it's a phone call back or results. My kids get the best care here. I recommend this place highly.

It's impossible to get an appointment and the lady that answers the phone is rude and abrasive. It's like pulling teeth trying to get her to reveal when the doctors are even there let alone an available time.
