I had used Accessible Home Health Care for close to 4 years when I first moved my mother to California. Ann was extremely helpful to me in getting the right caregivers for my mom. The caregivers she provided were extremely competent, caring and gave full attention to my mother's needs. I felt my mother was given the best help I could ask for. Ann and her staff were very kind and understanding with the needs of my mother and I felt at ease that my mother was being taken very good care of. I extremely recommend Ann and her Care group if you should ever need assistance with and elderly family member.

I can not say enough Wonderful things about CareWorks Health Services! My mother needed a caregiver and was not really on board with having a one. At 86, She felt she was ok on her own...
Thank G-d We found CareWorks! All of the staff are amazing and really listened to my Mom's needs. Nezira is incredible!! She has literally saved my mothers life! She is so attentive and makes sure she is eating the right foods and that she is drinking enough water. She treats my mother like her own family and truly has her best interest! The staff are so nice and professional! Before CareWorks, I had hired another company to take care of my mother, and that was a disaster! They sent out different caregivers each time and a few times had their office manager come out!
One time they sent out a young lady, who just sat on the couch & didn't know how to do the laundry! My Mother was teaching her how to do laundry!! Bottom line, I love CareWorks and would totally recommend them to anyone who needs care for their family!!

This office was introduced to me as a contracted resource during a time of tremendous need. Stephanie worked flawlessly in taking my spreadsheet of appointments (about 20 give or take) that needed to be scheduled and returned dates and times within an hour. We were able to confirm with our clients and get everything set for the months to come. It was a great turn out. They are always professional, quick to respond, and take ownership for all things. I highly recommend this office. Thanks for all your help!

Accessible Home Health takes very good care of their caregivers, who in turn do their very best for the clients. Ann Dang is very reliable and should be commended for building a really superb team. I'm going into 6 years as caregiver with them.

ACCESSIBLE HEALTHCARE IS WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH FOR YOUR LOVES ONE, THEY'RE OUT FOR IS YOUR MONEY. OUTRAGIOUS FEES THERE STAFF MEMBERS HAVE A HISTORY OF STEALING FROM THE FRAGILE ELDERING AND ARE UNRELIABLE.
