I can’t recommend this urgent care enough! The doctor took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and create the best treatment plan. The nurses were gentle during nasal swabs and clearly explained every step of the process. The receptionist went above and beyond to schedule a last-minute appointment for us. Everyone was patient, kind, and professional. I will definitely return for my family’s future medical needs.

Same day and I set an appointment and the whole thing took probably a half hour which was amazing. The whole staff is great and it's the second time I have used them. The front desk clerk really knew the insurance part too which helped a lot.

Walked in at 6:50pm, after reading they only accept walk-ins until close on their website. There was literally NO cars in the parking lot /patients in the office. I was turned away and told they aren't accepting walk-ins. A woman walked in as I was leaving and started to check in, she sure sounded like a walk in. If you don't accept walk-ins after a certain time, then indicate that, don't say you take walk ins until close then turn sick people away. I honestly feel as if I was turned away because of my race because she didn't even ask me what I needed. PS. I have private insurance, which you didn't even ask. Very disappointed as I needed assistance tonight. Will never visit again and I hope no one ever comes to your establishment truly needing help, because they will be turned away to die in the parking lot without even asking what the issue is.

The lady at the front desk was confrontational and rude to an unacceptable existent. She had no empathy and was absolutely no help. It took someone else (most likely the admin) to explain politely why they don't take our insurance and then rude lady at the desk implied I was poor for assuming my insurance would be enough. Most unprofessional medical facility I have ever been to.

RECOMMENDED!! Very professional doctor with good skills and knowledge, reception and nurses are very kind ,helpful and patient.
Went to Amel***UC before this place didn't give me how long of a wait..
Carespot booked me an appointment right away so we don't have to wait for hours.

Mom is a nurse and she had a fever and rash couldn't determine what it was, doctor diagnosed it right away and she is getting better after 2 doses of prescription medecine.

Th staff is very helpful. Understand that it is an Urgent Care and there may be a wait at times. The facility is not an ER so they are limited as to what they can provide. Good for colds, flu, COVID, UTI, etc. 10 Stars

They were very accommodating very efficient got me in and out. I was very sick and needed to see a doctor urgently and they did just that so I was very impressed with their efficiency thank you to all the staff they are for all they did you did a great job? Thank you Judy Waters.

I took my wife here for an injury at 6PM, and they did not have an x-ray technician on staff. The lady was very friendly and got to me within reasonable time, so I'm not too disappointed.

I was shocked to hear that they wouldn't be in for a couple more days, but maybe it was due to the holidays.

Ended up driving down to UF Wildlight Urgent Care.
