I had a great experience at CareSpot Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and caring. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was highly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I truly appreciated the compassionate care I received. The facility was clean, and the service was efficient. I highly recommend CareSpot Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and quality medical attention!

I normally make an appointment, yet decided to walk in on a particular day. I was able to be seen in just 20 minutes. This is not the norm though. It happens that at the time they just weren't busy.

The staff was courteous and professional.

The doctor on duty that particular day was awesome. He asked questions, listened to my answers and took time to explain the cause of my condition, which happened to be vertigo. He explained it simply both verbally and with drawings. I appreciate that very much.

Customer Service was TOP tier from the time we walked in the door. There were quite a few people there when we got there, but they were really fast. Our visit was not more than an hour, total. The NP did not rush us. She took her time, asked questions, explained what was going on, and then asked if we had questions. She was very welcoming and thorough. Thank you for your care and concern towards my daughter. You are appreciated.

Absolutely thankful for the treatment I received 3/9/25 from the provider that day. I went in thinking I had pink eye! Only to find out it's allergies. She has helped me tremendously with my allergies.
So sad my primary care was never a help in this. Took an urgent care provider working the weekends on a Sunday morning to help. I'm so thankful!

Do not waste your time. You'll be here for hours. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 650 (appt at 7pm). I was greeted and told they're busy and even though I had an appt, it would be at least an hour but they'd have someone see me before the providers went home. (Well, I'd sure hope so! 😳) The lady after me was told, "it'll be a few hours", yet they close at 8pm.

I sat down and it took them another 25 minutes before I even got checked in to fill out their electronic paperwork.

Appointments don't matter. They don't value your time. It's more like a patient mill, not much else. They collect your payment and you wait to be seen for 5 minutes and on your way after waiting.

My last experience here, I was very sick and the doctor told me if I hadn't been sick for 2 weeks, she wouldn't prescribe meds. Save yourself the headache and go to Avecina, I have regretted both visits here and do not recommend.

The entire office is lovely - it is the first impression, and it is nice and clean and well-designed. This was my 3rd or 4th visit since October, and receptionist is WONDERFUL. They are nice, professional without being too over-the-top sweet. Everyone in the back is comfortable to work with, and everything gets done in an efficient and timely manner. I also appreciate how close this is to both work and home. It makes my care all the easier.

My experience at this location has been very horrible PA-C Brittany Mertz is very rude, unprofessional and has very bad bedside manners although this is a small urgent care she shows no concern for patients my first encounter was 2/1 my son was there for a blood work her MA ‘s we’re having a hard time sticking my son and requested her assistance she flat out came into the room told my son he would be her guinea pig because generally her MA or nurse does the sticking for her she is very cold uninterested and not sympathetic at all after my son had been stuck 4 times prior to her being called for assistance She has the title and credentials for the job but the people skills lack. MA-Candace was very patient and polite however judging by the facial expressions of her and the other MA little Brittany treats her employees bad just like she treats the patients avoid this location by all measures She is not the physician you want at your bedside let along elderly.

Was able to be seen for back muscle pain within a reasonable time. Staff was professional and listened to my concerns. If you don't want to head to an ER, this an Urgent Care center like this one I would highly recommend for anyone
