Terrible service, long wait, even with an appointment. Came for a drug test required by my new employer and they sent me here and worst place to come to. Heard someone waited an hour and half even with an appointment. If you come here I recommend coming soon as they open. By the way Saturday's they only have one doctor on staff and one person for drug test.

This was our first time at CareSpot Urgent care ,, we are caregivers for a 92 year old Sweet Lady who had symptoms of a U t I , we went here because you need to act fast and get Antibiotics as soon as possible, Front desk people were Courteous But the Doctor was so down to earth, Caring, and Just a Pure Blessing to us ,, Doctor Carol Mancero and Kelly the Nurse also . We got the Antibiotics right there also !! A very great experience!!! We will be back!! Thanks to everyone at this facility!!!

I have been to this location a few time and the service here was not the greatest. The females that were here in the past very rude and no patience what so ever. Now today I came by and meet this amazing gentleman super nice with an amazing smile, greeting everyone that comes through the door. Even answering the phone begging alone here in the front area..

The women at the front are professional and kind. I was waiting for quite a while and I witnessed them being kind to every single person in front of them as well as on the phone. I saw 2 nurses once in the back and even though it was a stressful day (one of the providers had to leave early) they were lighthearted and smiling. Jose did my exam and was fast thorough and pleasant as well. It was a long afternoon for me but the level of care made up for it. Thanks to everyone, my ear is feeling better!

My recent visit went horrible, My first encounter with the so called doctor was horrible. He came in with a bad attitude, not to mention didn’t even say his name, and didn’t even try to listen to what I was saying to him he just kept cutting me off and in a way making me seems like a joke as to what i was saying. Then proceeded to prescribe the wrong meds, they truly don’t know what they are doing they just want to get you out as soon as possible without a care of how your actually feeling.

Excellent Customer service, very smooth process. Great and easy way to book an appointment on line. Then, upon my arrival I was greeted very professionally by a team member Melissa, great communication and excellent customer service. Inside, another team member by the name of Melissa did an outstanding job and excellent customer service and great communication. The doctor MD Carol Mancero very professional and doctor listened to my concerns and doctor Mancero was able to help me get well. Overall great experience and a very cleaned location. People oriented location. Thank you.
