Care spot in Fleming Island was absolutely great.
Everyone was so helpful and very kind.
I had am appointment so it was quick with no wait on a Sunday.
I didn't like my results but at least I now know.

It’s been a busy sick season in our house and the care spot has been awesome about getting us in for appointments in a timely manner. Their staff is friendly, patient, and thorough. Grateful to have them in the neighborhood!

Unbelievable awesome first-time visit began with the initial phone conversation with Anita to make the appointment, the friendly welcome (also Anita) once I arrived, the nurse that did my vitals (I apologize for not knowing her name), and the doctor (Andy) who all made this an outstanding experience. I was there on Friday and have already told two people what a great place it is. It is clean. Totally organized and a pleasure to visit.

Every time I have gone, the staff and doctors are always kind and cheerful, even if it was late and their shift was ending. I’ve always been pleasantly surprised by the short wait time. Such a blessing to have such a great CareSpot in Fleming Island!

I called for an appointment for an xray before I went. I was given an appointment for about an hour later.
When I got there I was checked in and seen quickly. The staff and the PA were very caring. The xray area was nice and up to date. The xray tech was professional as he did the xrays needed I had a good experience with their services.

It is a popular clinic with good staff, but a realistic waiting time. Never the less, my visit was fairly quick since they have x-ray services on site. Thank you CareSpot!

Appt. Was at 2:30. At 3:34 I had not been seen and people without appt. That check in after 2:30 have been seen. They kept saying I was next. Never have I delt with this kind of Incompetence. Was not seen until 3:50. Oh, yeah, the Doctor told me.I needed to have patience.That patience was a virtue. I said they need to run the place.Better make an appointments , then allowing people who checked in after my appt. Go first Was unacceptable.

Staff and Dr. are very professional, and friendly! Very clean office and rooms. They get you in and out as fast as they can. 🙂
