I had a great experience in this place PA-C Jenny Smith is such an amazing person. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all of them. I really felt cared for not another patient in her day. The place is clean and the staff are all nice and courteous! I highly recommend!

A fantastic experience from the moment we entered the facility. My son is a Firefighter/Paramedic and was concerned about my breathing and other symptoms. He insisted we go and I went along hesitantly. He was right. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The medical assistants were both very kind and the Doctor (Marion Lake) was nothing short of fantastic. She listened, was very supportive and kind and explained everything well. I wish she had a private practice because I would be a patient. Highly recommend.

As any medical field, this place can get really busy. But we’ve been coming here for four years for the majority of our medical needs.
We always expect to wait , But are pleasantly surprised with the occasional five minute wait. I usually make an appointment ahead of time online . Recently, the mobile hasn’t been working correctly so I’ve had to make appointments via desktop.
Upon arrival, the staff is usually very kind and welcoming when you get checked in .
we love the added crayons and color sheets available, most recently you have more sanitary crayon options that are individually wrapped which is awesome to take and keep in the car.
Usually decently clean .
We always get to the back and know what to do so it’s not too much hassle. We’re usually seen in a timely manner- Again, anything medical you must at least expect to wait a little while.
When being evaluated and seen the physicians are very thorough. We don’t feel rushed. We feel seen and heard and the majority of the time we can head home and start healing or getting better..from their help.
Also the added option of the pharmacy in house . We would like to see a couple more options to save the trip to the local, but again great things take time to build but thankful when it works out.
I usually don’t write reviews, but we’ve been going here for so long. I thought it only be fair to share our honest opinion..
as any place experiences can be hit or miss , we just always try to stay considerate and understanding on the days that aren’t 5 stars because we are all human.
We’ve been here for everything from the common cold, To broken bones And things in between.

Courteous and Knowledgeable staff. I don’t have to wait long after being called back into the room. I would highly recommend this place. The ability to make an appointment was great. I still had to wait but it wasn’t long.

I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen. I came in for a simple DOT physical. Once I finally made it to the back to see someone, I was left waiting in that room for another 45 minutes. When I finally did see the P.A., she was very nice and helpful. Maybe I caught them on a day that they were understaffed. Either way if you’re looking to get in and out, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Friendly staff who was empathetic from the time I entered the clinic. Quick insurance verification and straight forward paperwork ( I Pad). Once inside doctor entered room relatively fast, examined, and prescribed for the problem! In and out extremely fast! (30 minutes) ! No time wasted! Would recommend and would use again if needed!
