Came for flu-like symptoms. Handed in my check-in paperwork at 2:44pm. At the time two others were in the waiting room. Another individual arrived after me who had an appointment. I was finally called back at 3:56pm. Waited about 10 min before my vitals were taken and covid/flu/strep tests given. At about 4:45, the ARNP saw me for less than two minutes. Very pleasant lady. It is now 5:44pm and I’m still waiting on my test results so that I can be prescribed something to get some relief. Very frustrating to be here so long for routine testing.

Online scheduling was good. Facilities were neat, clean and staff were professional. Unfortunately,the Dunn Ave location didn't have the ability to do X-rays, but they sent me to the Normandy Blvd. location. The nurse practitioner was outstanding.

price has gone up a bit over the yrs. thats why it's 4 star. Staff and the Dr. were great answered many questions and the Dr. really cared that doesn't seem common place any more. I really could not say better about her she very much impressed me very personable. as I left the girls in the front both said " sorry your sick" and "hope you feel better soon"

I went to my primary care feeling horrible. They did not listen and gave me prescriptions that interacted with my daily meds. The next day I found CareSpot. I was able to make a same day appointment and my wait time was not long at all. Thank God. I was listened to by the staff and given the correct medications. Finally I'm feeling better.

The doctor that saw me was extremely nice and understanding the time waiting was very quick they got me in and got me out in a reasonable time I would recommend a spot to anyone

Do not go here. The nurse practitioners do not care about your health and well-being. They will just prescribe you medicine that you are allergic to and tell you that you have to continue to take it. I have a severe allergy and it is in my chart and they still gave me medicine that had my allergen present. Do not go here. Now I’m having a severe allergic reaction to the medicine that I was given. I have already filed a complaint with the health department, but something needs to be done. They cannot continue to prescribe medicine that people are allergic to.

I'm here for a drug test for my new employer and this people know that is only peeing in a jar and yet, have you here more than an hour waiting, only see 2 nurses walking up and down, and in this whole time just 2 people were called. How about checking the charts and dismiss people that don't need to wait for medical consultation.
