My check in time at my local urgent care clinic was within 2 hours (they were already fairly busy); however, the staff's professional behavior was excellent! They were very detailed in explaining everything, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. My procedure went smoothly with no complications! I thank the staff there for being so helpful and understanding!

I came in with what I thought was a broken foot. The sweet girl at the reception desk brought me a wheelchair and checked me in. I was seem at my scheduled appointment time. The radiologist was very caring and patient with me. Once the X-rays were complete, the NP Valerie came in to give me the news - it was broken. She explained everything to me and that I should see an orthopedist within the next couple days. I got a boot that worked pretty well, although it was still very painful to walk. Everyone was just amazing. CareSpot has always been my go-to in times of medical emergencies.

Great service and online check in means little to no wait. The PA was great , he was filling in and usually works at the San Marco location, but he is very knowledgeable , friendly and manages the time with his patients beautifully.

I went in after a fall. Everything about this clinic was incredibly professional and caring.

Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse, to the PA, took their time. I never felt like I was receiving assembly line medicine. I was treated with compassion and respect every step of the way. I received great care, right through to the follow-up call.

The doctor was very professional and I felt took time to diagnose my needs. I had already been sick for five days and after seeing her felt better immediately the next day easy to book an appointment online the location is very close to my house and the medical assistant Tatiana was also extremely sweet That came and took my vitals. I would highly recommend Care Spot to anyone that doesn’t wanna go to the emergency room but definitely needs to be seen.

On January 26, 2025 we called this CareSpot around 10:30am and asked if they had medical grade super glue. Our 15 month old daughter fell and got a small gash on her forehead. I have worked in the medical field for years and so have many of my family members. We all agreed she just needed some glue and no stitches. We told the CareSpot we were on our way. When we arrived the Nurse Practitioner, Valerie Dorrian, took us back to the room and looked at her forehead and said, it is on the cusp of 1-2 stitches and I would take her to the Towne Center ER. My husband and I both said, it just needs to be cleaned and glued. She told us to go back to the waiting room and we waited almost a hour to be taken back. When we were being walked back to the room, Valerie Dorrian, was behind her desk talking about how we were not going to the ER. She clearly did not agree with our decision. We had a nurse come back and take her vitals. We waited again for two nurses to come back and clean her wound. Then we waited roughly another 30 minutes for Valerie Dorrian to come in and glue her forehead. When we were leaving she said, sorry for the wait we are popular today.
I do not agree with how this staff handled patient care at all for my 15 month old daughter. When we arrived, we were immediately taken back to the room we were in. They could have cleaned and glued her within 5 minutes. They instead made us wait behind only 2 other adults who were not bleeding from their face and crying. They took another adult back for an x-ray who arrived way after us. My daughter is crying in the room waiting, we can hear the patient who got an x-ray chatting and joking around with the Nurse Practitioner and nurse at the desk. Due to patient confidentiality I will not say what they were talking about but it was unprofessional when you have other patients waiting around to be seen. You hear my daughter, you see us in the hallway and you choose to keep talking like you are at a coffee shop. Your excuse is that you were popular/busy today is no excuse for your poor patient care. The healthcare system in the U.S continues to embarrass me on a daily basis.

I was in the area from out of town. As soon as I knew something was wrong, I got online to schedule an appointment. It was quick and easy, and I didn't have to enter my entire life info just to get an appointment. The location was easy to find and get to, the facility was clean and welcoming, the staff was hands-down amazing and so kind. I received such great, and timely care for my issue. Would 100 percent recommend!
