A special shoutout to Nurse Practitioner Bernadette, who truly made my visit exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent people skills put me at ease right away. She took the time to listen attentively, explain everything clearly, and ensure I received the best possible care.

Great experience. Was able to save my walk in spot online so very little wait. Also, was able to use my VA status with absolutely no bureaucracy. I was very impressed. The front desk clerk was super kind and took care of the VA paperwork. The PA was very professional and kind. He took his time and was very calm and soothing. I needed a couple of stitches. No drama, no pain and was out of there quickly. The docs name was Michael I think. Really appreciated his care. Thank you doc.

I have no complaints expect for I was called back 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was in a lot of discomfort due to a high fever and I couldn’t stop crying. I could tell I was stressing the front desk receptionist out, but I wish I could have been updated on what was taking so long. After going back and taking multiple rapid tests- they all came back negative. I only found this out because my boyfriend had to ask what was taking so long and he was the one who informed me of my results, not the nurse. After waiting a while more I got to see the doctor and receive an injection to lessen the pain. The doctor prescribed me a medication which I was grateful for. It was a long 3 hours spent in the clinic with one of the worst sickness I’ve ever had. I also work in the customer service industry so I understand the behind the scenes and how the job is not as easy as it looks. I just wish for more transparency and empathy since this is a clinic where most of the patients are very vulnerable and needing extra support. If I ever get severely ill again I will likely try a different location, but if you’re in a comfortable state this place can get the job done.

What is the point of an URGENT care If they take appointments, the urgent patients don't get urgent care at all!!!! Ridiculous!!! They can easily squeeze walk-ins in between The regular schedule appointments.... Sat 5 hours to be seen on a Sunday... This is completely unacceptable for an URGENT Care!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!

I presented with swollen lymph nodes, a cough, shortness of breath, and said that I had a recurring severe sore throat, that I had had a fever, and that my phlegm was bright green. The nurse couldn’t take my temperature correctly - barely fit the thermometer under my tongue, it was poking my teeth.

The provider that saw me barely listened to what I said and very clearly didn’t read what I had answered on the intake forms. I had been to this clinic twice before for almost the same illness. The provider didn’t listen to my chest even though I complained about shortness of breath. No suggestion of Covid testing. No breathing treatment. He spent maybe 3 minutes with me. His diagnosis? He said, and I quote, “that’s no fun, I’ll refer you to an ENT”.

He did not refer me to the ENT. I had to call CareSpot to ask them to actually send the referral. Once the ENT got the document all it said was that I had sinusitis. He didn’t even say that to me! Why? Regardless, this means the ENT could not treat me for anything other than the sinusitis. Why in God’s name would he not include all my symptoms? Especially considering that it is recurring and with increasing severity of symptoms?The provider I saw at this clinic in August for almost the same symptoms said I had an unknown bacterial infection. When I went back a month later they said I had bronchitis (even though I had similar symptoms). When I got sick with the same thing in November I did not go to the clinic. Glad I saved my money.

What is the point if the provider isn’t going to care about the people coming in wanting answers and wanting to get well. Some of us use urgent care because our doctors have no availability. The problem is the urgent care is just slapping an expensive bandaid on our problems and not really doing anything.

I’m very frustrated with my lack of care and that what I did get is actually preventing me from being seen.

i went in for a fever and some other symptoms, they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait.
I waited for 3 and a half hours, i would have left but they charged me my $50 co pay before i was even seen. The assistant took my vitals and said i had no fever but when i got home of course i had a fever using my thermometer. After taking my vitals i was then left in a room by myself for 50 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor was nice but i seriously don't understand why it took so long? The whole time i contemplated leaving and had about 10 more minutes of waiting before i couldn't bear it any longer. So if youre planning on doing a walk-in i reccomend going somewhere else. If you make an appointment expect to be waiting awhile too. Busy or understaffed or not they should have at least been a little more apologetic about making me spend 5 hours of my day waiting.

This place was horrible. My dad went in with a cough and was having trouble breathing. We came here and they took a Covid and strep test which came back negative. They then gave him a cough medicine and an antibiotic. The antibiotic made it worse and we ended up having to take him to the er where they drew blood, gave a breathing treatment, steroids and an inhaler. The fact that Carespot did not at least do a breathing treatment at the minimum is ridiculous. Do NOT go here if you get sick and want to get better

I can’t thank William Huff, APRN, at CareSpot enough for his incredible care. I came in barely able to breathe—coughing, wheezing, and completely miserable. Within minutes, he diagnosed me and started the right in-office treatment, including a nebulizer and a steroid shot. He also sent me home with the proper medication, and I’m finally feeling like myself again.

What truly stands out is that I had been to a local ER before seeing him, and they did absolutely nothing to help me. William Huff not only listened but took immediate, effective action. He completely turned things around for me in no time. If you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing, he’s the one to see. Thank you for everything!
