I had extensive surgery which left me without the use of my right arm and left leg requiring me to be admitted to a sub acute rehabilitation facility. I chose CareOne at Wall since it was located close to my home and came recommended by a friend of mine. I am very glad I did. The entire staff from nurses to patient care staff to cleaning personnel were extremely friendly and compassionate. All in all with the exception of breakfast the food wasn’t bad. I guess it is hard to serve that many people hot food? My physical therapists were all very good (shout out to Maria & Karen) as they got me up walking and once my right arm restriction was lifted the walker was my friend. Two weeks later I am headed home. Thank you to all of them and yes I would recommend CareOne,

My husband Paul recently spent a few weeks at the Rehabilitation Facility at Care One, Wall. His time at this facility was a very positive experience. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy teams were exemplary in their support, kindness and dedication. We are especially grateful to Cara (OT) and Laura (PT) for their exceptional care, skill, professionalism, determination and encouragement in his recovery. The excellent care and thoughtfulness by the medical, nursing, social workers, aides, administration, and catering, truly exemplify their commitment. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Management and staff.

My Father in law was here for about a month and we received amazing care. Rehab team was very supportive and provided the necessary treatment to began a solid road to full recovery. Rooms are very clean, every staff member we have seem in passing or were treating him were truly a pleasure that communicate with. Their staff also takes the time to answer any and all questions we had. Food was pretty amazing as well!! Thank you to everyone at this facility!

My grandmother was a recent patient at CareOne at Wall. We had a very positive experience with our stay in the facility. Staff were helpful and accommodating, they were responsive to my grandmothers needs. Activities always seemed to have something fun going on. The food looked well prepared. The nursing and therapy staff were extremely friendly and professional. We can’t thank everyone enough for all the care to get my grandmother back home.

My second day at Complete Care of Wall !
I set my room like I wanted simply by chair to the other side of the room now I can sit up more. My goal is to practice walking around the room until I see therapy. I can now view the TV and eat my meals while watching the TV as well.

I’m completely satisfied with my Room , the bathroom is very well laid out to my specifications !

I washed myself this morning and got dressed by myself although one of the AIDS asked if I needed any help, but she did bring me and a cup of ice water which I needed very badly. I’m always very thirsty when I first wake up.

My breakfast was fabulous. The best French toast I ever had, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. !

Although I feel I should be evaluated by the therapy team. I’m trying to walk around my room and be less dependent upon my Rollator walker, which I still do need if I go a distance, the walker I have is a very old one and in just repair it doesn’t lock and the right side where you lock shut is very loose and I’m hoping through Medicaid I can get a replacement ?

My breakfast was superb this morning. The best French toast I ever had, and the bacon was cooked to perfection.

My dream came true finally to be back in Wall Township and my room has a lovely view of green lush foliage for me to look at each day and the air conditioning which I can adjust myself makes me very comfortable.

I love watching TV and the TV package that they have here is tremendous. It gives me an opportunity to not only get caught up with all my favorites that I’ve missed for months but afford me a great deal of variety to watch.

Currently, I have my iPhone , Apple tablet and my Kindle to keep me busy.

My nurse Sherry was very sweet and accommodating when she bought in my medicine this morning and a few adjustments to my bathroom. He was charming Garrick !

I also was invited to a Christmas in July party that they’re having today sometime in the afternoon, which I most likely will attend .

I Feel very at home here !

Thank you to all the wonderful care & compassion from CareOne at Wall. Since I had a broken Leg with 15 shattered bones inside with 2 Surgeries, I needed the Excellent care & Expertise that Care One offers. My aides were kind, caring, thoughtful & compassionate especially Maggie & Ibrahim who have Hearts of GOLD. They are always there when needed with a kind words always. Their expertise is of the highest quality. I was blessed having Maggie & Ibrahim in my life - they are my ANGELS who always inspired me with their Words of Wisdom.
God places Angels on earth & I was truly blessed & most grateful to have these Remarkable people who were my angels in life.
Maria who was head of Recreational activities always stopped by each day to brighten our worlds. Her smile lit up the room with her vivacious personality. Thank you Maria Tinson.
God bless these Phenomenal people who always put the SUN in Sunshine in my life with their Kindness,Thoughtfulness, Compassion & Expertise. I was truly blessed & my Heart is most grateful. I shall carry them in my heart forever. ❤️

The staff at CareOne were very professional but more importantly, they were competent, kind, and compassionate. My husband received great care while he was at CareOne from nurses, physical therapists and dietitian. I was very pleased with every interaction I had with members of their team. Additionally, the facility was well maintained.

My Mom required an emergency Respite Stay. Kim and Beth were instrumental in facilitating
her stay. They lead me through the steps and made a stressful situation manageable. The team greeted us on arrival and ensured her needs were met throughout her stay. Activities reached out routinely to pull Mom in. Upon discharge Mom commented " They were all nice". Thank you to the 2nd floor team, so many i cannot name them all. Kim you are very professional nurse leader.
