I'm gladly writing this review in regards to the staff at CareNow at Medical Center Parkway location. Everyone was so nice, especially NP, Jasmine Gregory! She made us feel very much at ease and comfortable, which made our nervousness leave quickly when she entered the room with her wonderful and calming personality. She was full of knowledge and took her time to explain so much to us. Even though it was time for them to close, she sat with us and covered our concerns and needs. We have found a new Urgent Care place to go to because of her! I'm willing to make the 30 minute drive to get that type of service! Kudos!!

Clumsy me, fell. Went to the Care Now Urgent Care on Medical Center Parkway. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we entered and we were also given a wait time. Jackie took my vitals and also my X-ray, very professional and courteous. We met with Jasmine (DR) who examined my hand, and put me at ease. What a wonderful, (bedside) manner. All turned out well, just a bad sprain. The center provided a brace, gave me instructions for at home care, and again everyone was wonderful. In this age, kindness to people is key and all of these woman were commendable. I hope we don't need you again!!! Thank you so much for putting my mind and day at ease.

I was impressed with the service I received with CareNow. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I appreciated how quickly I was seen. The provider Jasmine and X-ray tech Ryaun took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing prompt and thorough medical attention.

Dr. Jasmine Gregory was so sweet and caring. She did as full of an evaluation as she could while being aware of my financial concerns. She made sure we took the steps necessary and didn't go too far with expenses (ie X-rays etc.). Will update after full treatment.

I had a great experience at this location the lady at the front desk was very professional, experienced in her job responsibilities and helpful with all my questions. It was a reasonable length of visit for my employment drug screen. The facility was clean and organized. The same lady performed my collection and was thorough, quick and friendly. I was very pleased.

Bernie was very kind and patient at the front desk even though it was a little tense at times with other patients. Ryann brought me back to get me going even though I know it was really time for her lunch. Instead, she put her patient whom she had never met before herself. Susan was very prompt and understanding as well when she came in.

The only complaint is that it took about 50 minutes to be seen. This was in way the fault of the excellent team running the location on this Saturday. They just needed an extra set of hands or two.

Amazing staff! Extremely short handed but these woman get it done. They stay friendly and respectful all while being under pressure. As a former healthcare worker myself I know how hard a shorthanded office can be. These woman keep smiling and are always friendly.

Great experience. Wait time was quick and easy to fill out paperwork on your phone.
Everyone was very nice, kind and caring. They even called the next day to check up on my wife.
We went in for an inspection on her toe as the result of an infection after her pedicure.
