I am visiting family from another city and had an issue that needed medical attention. This place was great!! Excellent customer service and everyone was very helpful. Britney greeted me with a smile - she was polite and very friendly. She checked me in quickly and answered all my questions. I saw Rhonda Lee FNP-C and she was fantastic! She helped me and also answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend CareNow to my family and friends.

I took my daughter to this facility. I had seen it had only gotten an average of 2.0 stars. Couldn’t be more wrong. The whole staff from the time we got there and was top-notch. Dr. Porter, her PA,Clair the X-ray guy, and everyone else was awesome. Caring, concerned and most importantly, thorough. Great experience. Will go back again and again.

This location has been our urgent care place for many years. But today’s visit and a visit earlier in the summer has seen changes that my family doesn’t like. Even though we have met our deductible and out of pocket max, they still charged me over $200 for the visit today. The nurses & doctors used to have laptops to type in symptoms and information about patients, but now the nurse just wrote on post it notes, and when the doctor came in (the red headed PA) she had nothing in her hand, and did not have all the information about my symptoms. The doctor didn’t know my current prescriptions even though I told the nurse at the beginning of the visit. And this particular doctor (the red headed PA) was very rude to my son at an earlier appointment in the summer. We will be going to another clinic in the future.

I was not pleased with the doctor who treated me back in May 2025. I was sick with a fever and a sore throat. I had kept my fever down with hydration and ice packs on my head, but my sore throat was not getting any better. So I went to Care Now, which the doctor said I did not have strep throat. I had some sort of viral infection. She didn’t test me for flu, but she tested me for strep and mono. I wish she tested me for flu because I don’t think I had mono. The test came back negative and she prescribed me medicine they I didn’t have symptoms for. (Waste of money!) I ended up feeling better with sleep, drinking water, and eating soup. The doctor said mono would take 4-6 weeks to get better and I need to limit my physical activity and lifting. I was better in 4 days with my own home care remedies. I wish the doctor tested me for flu instead of strep, which she didn’t think it was they anyways because strep is a bacterial infection. She spoke to me with arrogance and I was feeling sick and out of it. No compassion in this doctor’s tone of voice. I’m disappointed in how she treated me and I hope she treats other patients better than she did me.

I was a walk in and still got seen quickly. The sign in process is streamlined. It was easy to fill everything out on my phone. I checked in about 12:55 pm and was called back in about 15-20 minutes. Saw the PA Kaylee(super nice), got X-rays done, results back and was out by 2:30 so about an hour and a half from start to finish with X-rays.
The staff was efficient and friendly.

It was so easy to check-in online and just show up during the available window - you can’t make appointments for urgent care. The staff was really nice, especially nurses Chris and Gabby. Dr. Porter was kind and thoughtful, nothing felt rushed to get me in and out like other urgent care places. No one wants to go to urgent care, but if you have to, come to this Care Now!

The online check-in was quick and easy. They sent text and I was there in the time they gave me, and only waited about 5 minutes after my arrival. After a few questions from nurse the Dr came in and did exam. Tested for various things and prescribed meds to alleviate problem. Out within 30 minutes. Great place for quick diagnosis. All were very friendly from receptionist to the Dr. Treated me as if I was their only patient. Awesome.

I have been going to this facility for years & I will not go there again. The web check-in is a joke now. I get there & I still have to wait. Web check-in stated I had one person before me, but I watched 3 people get in before me. No big deal, but it I might have well just walked in. My main beef is the redhead P.A. who saw me was REALLY, REALLY rude! I came in hurting and she flipped out when I said she could not see the ulcers in my mouth. Left the room saying I was yelling at her. I apologized before she left & when she returned with the nice lady who took my vitals. Then she proceed to lecture me on how she should be spoken to. She made me feel really uncomfortable. No compassion for the patient al all.
