Most un-patient-friendly office ever! Don’t try to call them once you’re a patient and you need some advice, because you’ll get runaround from an international call center to a hapless billing department and never get through to the doctor. It’ll take three days of talking to staff who can only pass along the message. I did finally hear back from the doctor and we spoke for all of three minutes. Soon after when I chhecked my email, I and saw that they had opened a tele-health appointment after the fact. This was never a telehealth appointment, merely a return phone call from my own provider. I’m assuming this “” telehealth appointment will be billed to Medicare. Sounds aggressively phony to me!
I don’t play these games and I won’t be back.

I went to Care Medica and was re-assigned to Catherine Dubois APRN. The front desk lady was very nice. The wait time to go into a room was short. I wanted to address several issues with Catherine. I had severe back pain. When she saw I was trying to lean up from laying down, she wouldn't assist me. I mentioned to her two additional issues I wanted to address and blew me off. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable by her lack of empathy, and the way she was talking down on me and treating me. When she asked her assistant to administer pain medicine, she failed to tell me it would burn while injecting it. Don't you think that's something you should mention? The tone in her voice and total disregard for her patient has made me switch doctors. She also provided me with a referral (that I had to beg her for) and when I asked her to switch the referral to another company, she didn't want to listen to me and told me I can bring the referral over to another company and they'll accept it. When I did that, the company told me I need to reach back out to my doctor for a new referral. She made things very difficult and gives off fatphobic vibes. I would not recommend any one to see her until she addresses her personal issues. I wish Melissa didn't leave the company. I had a great experience with her.

Also, you cannot reach the front desk at all! They have a call center that takes all of their phone calls. It's very frustrating when I miss a call, call back and have to leave a message with the call center to have someone call me back. It's so silly.

I can’t say enough about the care I got! Not only did they see me very quickly when I was in desperate need of a doctor. They took incredible care of me Dr URIBE was very caring and took as much time as I needed to understand what was going on. He was patient, thorough, and very proactive in referring me to the doctors that I needed to see. Their office is efficient and kind and I would refer them to anybody who lives in the area that is in the need of a good doctor and a good office that cares.
