Deceptive and didn't realize I wasn't seeing a real MD the entire time and was surprised at the very basic care I was given and no physical examinations. All the staff call Mr. Enio Reyes "Doctor", which is the deceptive part, since he's not an MD, but a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). And since his title starts with "Doctor" they play games with that, but ethically and professionally shouldn't be referred to as "Doctor" to avoid confusion with actual Medical Doctors, but also probably what led them to overexpansion and bankruptcy, since they're willing to go way past the grey areas and lines.

If I could give them no stars at all I would. This is the worst clinic or medical care center you can attend. They don’t care about their patients. All they care about is charging Medicaid/Medicare. They will kill you and not provide any type of medical care. Whenever you call the most ignorant and uneducated people answer the phone and have no idea what to do. Their staff is unprofessional and have no medical education at all. Including their nurse practitioners who make patients believe they are doctors. They are idiots and have no medical knowledge and when to refer patients. They never answer the phones and transfer you if they do.

The medical staff is professional, kind and willing to help. The issue that we all have issues is TRANSPORTATION I have many times and I ask for the person in charge they refuse to give his or her number and I was told the they will call me. I still waiting for his call and nothing happened. I just ask for help. I spoke with Yolanda and I ask her to put me with the people in charge for transportation, she told me is Francisco Rebola, she refuse to give me his phone number. She insisted that he will call me. I'm still waiting for his call. This is something that the manager of this clinic 291 sw 27 ave. Know's I'll be waiting for your respond. Thank you

Unprofessional staff. Nurses are great, doctors are great, but they need to fire everyone in the front desk (except for 1 short, skinny brunette). They place people on hold forever if you speak to them in English because they don't undestand the language. Which makes me question how they even got a job there without being FULLY BILINGUAL!! Maria the office manager isn't friendly and treats the patients as children. Nothing but disrespect and attitude if you ask her about referrals and coverage. It boggles me to learn she is the office mgr. I feel if you are young, you should show respect towards the older crowd. The only reason I go there is for my doctor. He goes above and beyond, down to earth, nice person. But once those referrals leave his hand, whatever he requested dissapears in the wind and you have to chase an answer from the front staff. You need to call them back, wait forever for them to pick up or transfer the call, and be prepared to wait 2 hours in the waiting area. Only 1 lady that helped me, a brunette short lady. But she heard the dissapointment in my voice. I just don't see why it is so hard for them to help out.

Extremely unprofessional. Don’t even bother calling. You will never get a hold of anyone and no one ever returns messages. I literally called 15 times in one day to see if I could get a hold of anyone and nothing. A family member has been waiting on lab results for about a month now. Messages have been left inquiring about the results and not one person has returned the call. We are talking about people with medical issues. Pick up the damn phone and return messages left on your phone.

Check in around morning time, there usually aren't many people there. They call you quickly and leave asap ,and everyone is pretty nice. Only problem I had was trying to understand them since I don't speak much Spanish

Very bad service I had an appoiment at 1:00 PM two hrs later and no one care have the people waiting 2-4 hrs! Third world medical center. The 2 hrs I wait, three more people complaint above the bad service some people have 3+ hrs waiting that day.
