Beware! This place is a nightmare. They are so messed up, that they made my blood pressure raise many times from the stress of having to call, stay on hold forever and keep after them for them to do just the simplest things that are part of their jobs, and do them right. Most of the times they didn't and that impacted my health care by delaying important and even urgent things, and even making me end up giving up many times.

This clinic's name should be changed from CareMax to CareLess. It would be a much more appropriate name. They are absolutely incompetent, irresponsible, CareLess, unprofessional, amateurs and a disgrace to the medical field. Vets are more serious about their animals than CareMax is about their human patients...seriously! There are so many examples and evidence about what I am saying, that it's a huge amount of detailed information to include here. CareMax has literally put my mother's life in danger and her overall health at risk, by delaying and ignoring important and simple things due to their negligence and carelessness. She is an elderly lady who has gone through a great deal of stress and waste of time, because of having to keep running after them only to get them to do the simple things that THEY are supposed to do, but don't. Something as simple as giving her the results of exams, which in the first place had taken months for her to be able to have done, because they wouldn't send the referrals to the lab/diagnostic center. Just one small example: She FINALLY got an x-ray done for a very bad pain in her neck and back. It has been three weeks, and her doctor's office at CareMax still hasn't called her with the result. She called three different times since 3 weeks ago, waited for hours on the phone, left messages, and still hasn't been allowed to talk to anyone about the result of her x-ray. Shameful and disgusting! Amateurs!

They need to learn how to communicate! I called as soon as they open to make sure I can bring my sick 7 year old son and that they take our insurance and the gentleman I spoke to said yes. So I go there and the rude young man in the front desk tells me they won’t see my son bc I didn’t enroll him which I was told nothing about and the website doesn’t say anything about enrolling and they said they talk walk ins! Very unprofessional!! Wasted my morning for nothing, took my son elsewhere

2. After the below situation, I did go back and they redeemed themselves. I was offered an apology and assured that management reviewed the situation and would work on a better protocol. I have been back and received good treatment and care.

1. I wish I could give a negative 10😡 I went to see a doctor and I was denied medical care until I got Covid tested (2-3 days for results). They said they would send a prescription to the pharmacy and nothing. I had to call again in the afternoon and wait about 20 minutes for the lady to take my info and see what can be sent, so the first time no one did anything. Very poor care, this is not just bad customer service at some department store, this is a sick person seeking medical assistance and was left in the limbo😕😠

Everyone at the IMC is very helpful , especially the front desk staff Alissette and Jesenia, . They always has a positive attitude when it comes to helping the patients. Doctor Stuart and doctor nilda Acosta are both very friendly and attentive with the treatment of every patient.

Saw doctor on a Friday, medication should have been send to Farmacy, today is Monday no medication were called in. I also called for a referral had to google my self for doctor information because according to uladis she can’t do that she said I have to call back with doctor fax number because she can’t call there office to get it. Today is 1/24/2023 I lower the stars fro 3 to 1 I wish I could do lower. I’m about to report this center with doctors and stuff to medical board. You finally get an appointment then they called and canceled, I got a lab order and ultrasound because I went to the center and almost demanded the paper. Doctors or nurses NEVER EVER called with the results even tho there is something wrong. They just don’t care. I can only imagine all those elderly people that are patients there.
Please don’t go there!!
