Is the best front desk Manager I have experienced in many years. I have come into this office with several issues concerning my mother as well as my brother and each time she has been able to find the solution to each problem. She would always go above and beyond to find a doctor or a number whatever was needed she always went the extra mile. When you're standing on the other side of that counter, it means so much to have someone that cares enough to make sure that you are well satisfied when you leave their office. And I can honestly say I have never been dissatisfied with her service. Because of her service I would recommend anyone to this office. Because I understand the front desk are the first people that you encounter once you walk through the door. And she is amazing. I am so very grateful for everything she has done for my mother as well as my brother. And I encourage her to continue to keep up the good work. We don't tell them often enough when they're doing a good job. Also I want to add the entire staff does an amazing job. And if you're looking for a great doctor you have come to the right place.

Dr. Roman focuses on his patients’ concerns, uses date to provide the top medical care for them. He does not rush the visit, is ascertains that his patients fully understand their medical data, has answered all their questions and are committed to follow his prescribed instructions for medical care.
His staff is absolutely the BEST. They are patient, compassionate, supportive and always provide top help. My 92.5 years young mother is their patient. I strongly them to all seeking top medical care.

Spoke with Osman, I was a little scared to change my elderly father to an other provider. In which he is not happy with his current one. Osman, was professional, kind and told me how caring this place was he worked with me with my schedule. ANSWERING SERVICE is Horrible. They do not communicate messages to Dr Roman’s office correctly. Tell them the left leg they communicate the right leg. will keep you on hold up to an hour then cut you off.
