Caregivers United did everything they said they were going to do in caring for my mother, and that is all I could hope for. I had worked with two other agencies prior to hiring Jordan and his team, so I was a bit skeptical that his caregivers would be as good as he claimed....but they were warm and never left her without care. Jordan had a higher expectation of the level of care and professionalism that caregivers should provide compared to other firms. My mother's safety and needs were of the utmost importance, as well as ensuring good communication. With us out of state, it was imperative that she was cared for properly and without interruption, and Caregivers United did just that even through a hurricane. I'm happy with my choice.

High Quality, Kind, Consistent Care

We are very grateful to be working with CU / Caregivers United’s amazing team: our dad is his 90s and with CU we know he’s got the high quality support he needs round the clock. That’s especially important when you’re far away from your loved one who is still active and engaged. We switched to CU from another group who were unable to provide a consistent team, and CU made the transition easy. We now feel comfortable, knowing who will be with our dad and when, knowing he’s being engaged and treated respectfully, knowing his caregivers are well-trained and go above and beyond. Because we’re far away, we need lots of feedback, and the CU team is great at sharing and communicating how all is going on a daily basis. And even with the recent hurricanes and evacuations, when we moved our dad to hotels, CU provided 24/7 care under some tough circumstances, keeping him and their team safe and in good spirits. That is the utmost we could ask for!
