Care Connect Family Practice has an amazing staff. I have had the pleasure of being a patient since before the name was changed. If you are seeking a physician, LAUREN BROOKE ESCHMAN is not one you should choose. Lauren lacks ethics, she lacks morals & she lacks values. I felt as if I was finally in the exact medical regimen I needed until one day I wasn't. Lauren chose to end my doctor/patient relationship && that's completely fine with me, I only saw her for 5 minutes everywhere 28 days anyway. The way in which the release was handled was awful. I will not get into specifics here, but will definitely be an open book for anyone with questions. I am currently in the beginning stages of filing my report of what I believe was patient abandonment and just the overall specifics of the way in which my case in particular was handled ❣️ Other than her awful ethical ways of communicating, the staff is great! Sweet, amazing people.

If you’re looking for a family doctor, I do not recommend. I have been going to this office for almost 7 years with no issues no problems The doctor pretended to be my best friend and then one day I go to my appointment and I’m told she will no longer see me as a patient gives me absolutely no reason why because there was no reason for that I have health issues that I have just recently found out about she was supposed to be doing test This month to find out what was going on with my thyroid, But instead dismissed me as a patient right in the middle of finding out something was wrong with my thyroid that doctor is not professional at all!! soon as I was no longer a cash patient and now had insurance Lauren Eshmann!! dismissed me as a patient with absolutely no good reason!! Stay away from this office trust me, it will save you a lot of wasted time!! And jumping through hoops just to get your prescriptions!!!! and if you nurse practitioner happens to read this I hope you sleep well knowing what you did!!!!! But may god bless you for your wrong doings!!!! I am also in the beginning stages of filing abandonment!!!! Along with many others and I will also be filing a complaint!!!(Allegedly)

Hi my name is Karen Journey and I've been a patient at this office for over 10 plus years. Lauren has been an excellent Practitioner she goes above and beyond to help me. She takes time to listens also. Monica at the front desk also is an excellent one too. She goes above and beyond to help out and her smile when you walk up so welcoming. I love coming to this clinic. Always a welcoming pleasure greeted by Monica and Roxie when entering the building. Those two ladies make my day by just being so nice and professional. Always smiling and very friendly. Kyle Watson is one of the most respectable and caring NP I've met who listens carefully ensuring all needs are met and questions/concerns answered. They all make a perfect team. I’ve been coming to this office for several years now and absolutely love all of the staff! Everyone is so nice and caring. They make you feel so welcome when you come in, especially Monica who works at the front window. She always greets me by my first name and gets me checked in and always does it with the biggest smile! She’s also always so helpful when I have to call the office with any concern and ALWAYS gets right back to me once she speaks with my doctor! I highly recommend this office for any of your medical needs!

My experience at Care Connect Family Practice has always been great! We are always greeted with a smile by Roxanne at the front desk. If I have any questions or concerns Roxanne is very helpful. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend this doctors office!

Professional office setting. All of the staff here is friendly and welcoming. In my opinion, the first point of contact within an organization, is what makes or breaks the overall experience with that business. Monica is that person! She is such a kind and courteous office assistant. Her personality is very personable and she always greets me by my name. Melissa is such a great listener. She takes time to hear your concerns and provides great feedback. ? Kudos to their team!!
