Horrible experience. This agency is disorganized, retaliatory, and unsafe.

I wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone relying on consistent, respectful care. The agency abruptly cut off services minutes after I voiced concerns about stolen property, disrupted care schedules, and ongoing miscommunication. Instead of resolving the issues, they chose to retaliate by terminating services without warning.

What’s worse? I was never clearly informed about any scheduling restrictions or care limitations. When I asked to adjust my hours — and even said I was open to different options — they never clarified a thing. Then, after I posted a review and sent a formal complaint, I got a sudden notice saying my request was the problem. That speaks volumes.

Every communication I made was respectful and written, but they still used vague excuses like “unprofessional conduct” to justify retaliation. This is what happens when vulnerable clients advocate for themselves — especially Black women.

If you’re looking for care that’s compassionate, transparent, and client-centered — look somewhere else. You deserve better than this.

These folks are amazing. My partner has MS and dementia. I was doing his care but the VA allows us a few hours a week of respite care. Laura and the whole team have been a godsend. The compassion and care have been like nothing else. Laura has tried to help find extra resources, listened patiently and with warmth and care when I needed a shoulder. My caregiver is a great companion to me, always asking what I would like for her to do for me, willing to jump head-first into any task, hard-working, & genuinely eager to receive feedback to make sure her work is done to my specifications.
