I have used Care4u as my mail in pharmacy for the past 5 years. They have had amazing customer service, with prompt delivery so I never run out of my medication. The pharmacist has compounded creams for me specially that has helped with my ezcema. Definitely would recommend them! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything is good until they changed the policy that patients will have to sign for receiving the package instead of us giving the delivery person consent to leave the package at the door or in the mailbox. This new policy is very inconvenient to both the delivery person and the patient.

It’s a very convenient location at Quest Diagnostics Daly City. There is enough parking space. I came in at past 4pm on a weekday and I was the only patient for the Covid 19 booster and flu shot. The process was so simple. You just need to fill out a few easy-to-answer documents. The staffs are very friendly. After I got my shots, I was offered free drink which was really nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We went there for their COVID vaccine clinic. The staff were making a heroic effort to provide speedy and kind service to huge numbers of people who had come for appointments and walk-in services. The manager Rue did a great job providing thoughtful customer service despite really high demand. Snacks were offered to us because we had brought a toddler. Despite high numbers of people, Rue and the other staff were calm, professional, and thoughtful about people's needs. Thank you for providing this important service to the community.

Care4U Pharmacy is own and operated by a brilliant pharmacist who gives personal attention to their customers. The drugs are sourced from first rate drug manufacturers. The environment is decent, clean and properly looked after. Customers are attended to with minimum of delay. They can even deliver your prescriptions at your home address for your convenience. They are very polite and courteous to their customers. I have been using their pharmacy for over 2 years and have never regretted my visits nor have any course to complain. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.
