I missed a therapy session in three weeks due to my girlfriend being in the hospital, but I called ahead to inform them. They still charged me a $50 cancellation fee, which I paid when I came in for my usual Wednesday session (I attend three times a week). No one mentioned anything about my Friday appointment being canceled.

Today on Friday, I left the hospital, drove 40 minutes, signed in, and sat down,only for the therapist to come out and tell me I wasn’t on the schedule. The receptionist, who handles appointments, then started stumbling over his words, saying that since I paid a cancellation fee on Wednesday, all my remaining appointments were canceled.

Why wait until I’m already there to tell me this? Why not mention it on Wednesday? The therapists are good, but the business practices are shady when it comes to money. Front desk staff needs proper training, wasting people’s time, especially those in pain, is unacceptable. But charging fees? That always seems to be done with a big smile. Not cool.

This place is so special. I love coming here for physical therapy. I come for maintenance for my lower back to avoid bulging discs or herniated discs. Every time I come here I leave feeling better. Exercising is one of my hobbies and coming to Care360 has made it possible for me to keep doing the exercise I love. Claudio, Daniel, and Juan are all very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Booking appointments is easy too and they accept insurance! The receptionists who handle billing and appointments are also very helpful and kind! I also like the relaxed ambience of the clinic. I’m so grateful for Care360!!! I can’t recommend them enough!

I had been dealing with TMJ issues for over 10 years and had undergone corrective orthodontic procedures in the past to correct my bite, however I would stil experience bouts of dizziness, facial pain, finger tingling and upper back issues here and there post procedures.

I had a friend who is a physical therapist suggest that I partner with a physical therapist who specialized in TMJ treatments to see if it would help me along my healing journey.

So, one day, I Googled “TMJ Physical Therapist” on a whim and after browsing and scrolling through the realms of the internet, I came across Care360. Upon reading what their treatment plans looked like I was immediately intrigued and made an appointment to see Claudio.

During my first appointment, Claudio performed an assessment where it was determined that my TMJ symptoms were actually stemming from my neck, something I had never heard of or even thought to think of . We began a series of massage therapy techniques and exercises that I could do both at his gym and at home. With time and patience, my body began to strengthen with my symptoms minimizing tremendously.

Claudio and all of the doctors in his office truly care about their patients and take their patients’ health and road to recovery, seriously. I cannot stress the importance of taking the expertise and knowledge Claudio and his staff share with you and incorporating it into your daily habits to see improvements if your goal is to strengthen, heal and recover. Claudio and his team have given me the ability and skills to enjoy working out and living my life again. I can never repay or thank them enough for their time, dedication and care.

I went there to recover my broken foot (5 metatarsal) after 2 months of soft cast:
Manual therapy , guided e exercises and tens with ice… a program just tailored for me… and I was followed during the exercises… Claudio is amazing! Very professional and dedicated.
And the ambient is clean and spacious and atmosphere relaxed and even playful … strongly recommended!
